Is your HTC device up-to-date? With Software Update Assistant (SUA) from Verizon, you can verify and ensure that you are running the most recent software available for your device. To install SUA/SRA, simply connect your HTC device to your PC or Mac via USB Cable. You will be prompted to install HTC Sync Manager (HSM). Select “Download” to install HTC Sync Manager (HSM). Is your HTC device up-to-date? With Software Update Assistant (SUA) from Verizon, you can verify and ensure that you are running the most recent software available for your device.

To install SUA/SRA, simply connect your HTC device to your PC or Mac via USB Cable. You will be prompted to install HTC Sync Manager (HSM). Select “Download” to install HTC Sync Manager (HSM).

HTC SOFTWARE UPDATE

SUA UPDATE PROCESS

• Upgrade notification will pop up if there is an update available for the connected device.

• Once your device is registered, you will receive notifications when future upgrades become available, even if HSM is not running.

• Once Upgrade is complete, click “OK” to finalize.

Caution: While upgrading the device, the phone is unusable and user should not manually power down until the upgrade process is completed. Disconnecting the device during the upgrade process can render the device inoperable.

• On the Software Upgrade Assistant page, select your device on the list table. Then click the “Upgrade” button.

• After the device is connected, the tool will take you to the home section as shown above.

• Launch HSM to automatically sync music and pictures from your PC.

• Be sure your device is unlocked. Only unlocked devices will be detected.
