UPGRADING SKILLS FOR PLUMBERS I. Objective To upgrade the competency of local semi-skilled Plumbers with a minimum of only 3 years local experience to Bechtel’s equivalent standards of 5 years minimum overseas and 3 years minimum local experience. Upgrading Competency  Must be able to perform assembling, installing, maintaining and repairing of pipes, fixtures and fittings used for water distribution and waste water disposal systems in buildings and industrial plants.
