Submission of a Label Notification to add a pre-clean statement to the product label per state regulatory compliance. The specificphrase added is "Pre-clean surfaces prior to disinfecting."This notification is consistent with the provisions of PR Notice 98-10 and EPA regulations at 40 CFR 152.46, and no other changes have been made to thelabeling or the confidential statement of formula of this product. I understand that it is a violation of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 1001 to willfully make any false statementto EPA. I further understand that if this notification is not consistent with the terms of PR Notice 98-10 and 40 CFR 152.46, this product may be in violationof FIFRA and I may be subject to enforcement action and penalties under sections 12 and 14 of FIFRA.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a mannerinconsistent with its labeling.
TO DISINFECT NON-POROUS SURFACES:Pre-clean surfaces prior to disinfecting.Sprinkle on wet surface, rub gently to cleanse, let stand 5 minutes, and rinse.To disinfect toilet bowls: flush, sprinkle 4 oz. onto bowl surfaces,scour thoroughly, let stand 10 minutes, and flush. Wipes out most householdgerms including Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella enterica,and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

TO CLEAN:For most problems, sprinkle on wet surface or sponge, let sit for 15 seconds, rub andrinse. If problem remains, wet surface, sprinkle again, let stand for one minute, rub andrinse.May Appear:To clean extra tough stains like pot marks or to bleach out greasy food stains, sprinkle onwet surface, let stand one minute, scour and rinse. Repeat if necessary.

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENT: HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTICANIMALS:CAUTION: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS.Moderately irritating to eyes, skin, and mucous membrane. Avoid contact with eye, skin or clothing.Harmful if swallowed or inhaled. Avoid breathing vapor. Remove and wash contaminated clothingbefore reuse. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking,chewing gum, or using tobacco. Do not mix with products that contain ammonia or dangerous fumesmay result.FIRST AID: IF IN EYES, In case of accidental contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty ofwater for 20 minutes. Remove any contact lenses after the first 5 minutes and continue to flush eyeswith water. If irritation develops or persists, contact a doctor.IF ON SKIN: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.IF SWALLOWED: Call a poison control center immediately for treatment advice. Have person sipa glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to by a poison control centeror doctor. Do not give anything to an unconscious person.IF INHALED: Move to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then giveartificial respiration, preferably mouth to mouth if possible.
