Butt with a general GP they go in and youget Panadol and walk out. None of the underlying things get dealt withbecause the general GPs have only got 5 or10 minutes appointmenttime they only want to deal with what you present with and they dontwant to know whats causing it. Thats the feeling we are getting. Im notsaying thats across the board. I know with some of our doctorssometimes we are pulling our hair out because the patients take so long.

Female health worker 2.. You also find with Aboriginal people its notjust one issue it could be ten different things its quite complex. Forexample, you get a grandmother in, shes tired and got a headache you

dont just give her a Panadol you find out why she has got a headache.It is because she has got half a dozen kids and shes looking after all ofthem because her daughter is probably in Bandyiup There's no incomecoming in so there's all these sorts of things so its really bound to play abig part in their health. So thats why we say about holistic health.
