The CM-01 and CM-02 ceiling microphones utilize a special pressure sensitive, tensionless low-mass element enhanced with an integrated FET low noise amplifier. These characteristics result in ultra-smooth frequency response providing excellent feedback stability for voice reinforcement and teleconferencing applications. Ideal microphone for boardrooms, classrooms and training rooms.

The microphone will need to be connected to one of the “microphone input” ports of the Stingray MT700 using the +, -, and ground connectors.

Setting the Stingray

The Stingray’s mixer should be assigned to the mic input. The setting can be selected either via the device front panel or through the Stingray’s setup GUI. Follow instructions below.

Configuring the Stingray DSP using the Front Panel

1) Click the "Enter" to access the menu

2) Scroll down to the second menu item and click on “automatic mixer selection”.3) Select “mix microphone input”.4) Navigate to the previous menu and select "Microphone Input Setting" to adjust microphone

sensitivity. The Recommended setting is 32-38 db.

Configuring the Stingray DSP using the GUI1) Select the primary unit and then click on “Edit Primary Parameters”.

2) In the next screen select "MIC MIXER".

3) Click the Microphone icon to adjust microphone sensitivity. The Recommended setting is 32-38 db.
