A Startup is a human institution designed to create a new product or service

under conditions of extreme uncertainty. (by Eric Ries 2011)

The minimal viable product (MVP) is that version of a new product which allows a

team to collect the maximum amount of validated learning about customers with the

least effort. (Ries, 2011)
