� The design, installation, operation and monitoring of the mechanical and public health systems required for the safe, comfortable and environmentally friendly operation of modern buildings, specifically but not limited to the considerations of: Energy supply - gas, and renewable sources, Fire detection and protection, escalators, lifts, hoists, and cranes, heating and air conditioning (HVAC), water , drainage and plumbing, ventilation and refrigeration

� Supervise installation of equipments, instructions for maintenance and advising on life cycle of machines and consumer goods.
