Core Team ProfilePaul Gilbo

Mr. Gilbo leads the Data Warehouse Practice. He is a certified Project Management Professional and has over 20 years of project management experience and over 30 years in the technology field. Mr. Gilbo brings a unique set of skills to any project in that even as a skilled Project Manager, he is also skilled in current technologies and can function as a member of the technical team as needed. This is a key advantage on a small project.

Russell HertzbergMr. Hertzberg is a data warehouse architect and Business Intelligence professional. He has participated with

the team on several large and small-scale engagements. As an architect he understands the data needs for developing repositories for delivering efficient business intelligence solutions. He has expertise in the most common ETL and Business Intelligence tools in use. His key area of expertise is with the Cognos reporting tools. This includes the creation of the End User Layer and conducting hands-on training and mentoring. Mr. Hertzberg has developed web based portal frameworks, used as a front-end interface for executive dashboards.

Eric VitranoMr. Vitrano is a senior business intelligence developer and architect. Mr. Vitrano has deep skills in a variety of

business intelligence software such as Business Objects, Cognos, and OBIEE. Mr. Vitrano provides solution strategies for large scale business intelligence deployments for several Fortune 500 companies.

Dan Sullivan Dan has 20 years of IT experience that includes engagements in application design, systems integration and

enterprise security. Dan’s project work has ranged from requirements analysis for enterprise-scale applications and information security to designing and implementing numerous database applications. His most recent work has focused on data warehouse design and implementation, application integration, security and governance issues. Dan has written about business intelligence, privacy, information security and regulatory compliance, as well as other enterprise information management topics.
