    The path towards becoming a world-class university islong and arduous.

    The dynamic interaction among the 3 sets of features

    what makes the difference.

    Two critical factors should be present to facilitatebecoming a world-class university: external (role of

    government) and internal (institution itself) factors.

    CONCLUSION

    Now, what lessons can be learned from this university byother universities that also aspire to become a world-classuniversity but do not get funding from their government?

    There are various strategic dimensions necessary at the

    institutional level: leadership and strategic vision

    sequencing of plans and activities to reach its goals

    culture of quality

    internationalization strategy learning environment
