Vedanta Odisha’s Young Achievers Scholarship Programme 2015

Eligibility for availing Scholarship & Direc ons

Student applying for the Scholarship must have passed his 12th Class in 2015 Annual Board Examina on

with an aggregate of at least 70% marks (60% for SC/ST).

Student should have taken admission or received confirma on to take admission in any of the courses men oned below:

1. Medical (M.B.B.S., B.D.S., B.P.T. or B.Pharma) 2. Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech.) 3. B.Sc. (Any stream)

Parental income of the student should not be more than Rs.2,50,000/-.

Students seeking admission through dona ons are not eligible for the Scholarship.

Merits shall be decided only on basis of 12th Board Examina on results.

Self a ested copies of 12th Board results and confirma on of admission must be enclosed along with the applica on.

Copy of latest income cer ficate of earning parents or, BPL card issued to the head of the family or, a le er from local Tehsildar cer fying that parental income of the applicant is Rs.2,50,000/- or less must be enclosed with the applica on form.

The applica on shall be scru nized by a Technical Commi ee appointed by Vedanta Ltd. And scholarship will be approved a er personal interview of the students who qualify for the top 100 list of applicants. The candidate should bring original documents and details of his bank account at the me of personal interview.

The cheque against the scholarship amount for the first year will be issued in favour of the student only and handed over to him only at an event to be organized in Bhubaneswar.
