This inspection is a primary-technical inspection and providing the advice from such inspection by using the VISUAL and non-mechanical method only, and One2Car Inspect will not be responsible for any defects that are latent discovered which were not visually apparent during the inspection. The inspection will cover the vehicle’s exterior, interior, engine compartment, tyres and wheels, brakes, under body and a road test where possible. The inspection will specifically not cover the items set out below. No removal of parts or components is undertaken during the inspection process. Customer has acknowledged and accepted methods that One2Car Inspect’s inspectors have used for fault detection, these methods will not necessarily identify all faults with a vehicle. Customer should consider the age, and condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection and any Report should be reviewed in this context. Vehicles are only road tested to speed limit of local area.

d ผู้ใช้บริการรับทราบและตกลงว่า รายงานการตรวจสอบ One2Car ไม่ได้ให้การรับประกัน หรือเป็นนายหน้าหรือตัวแทนเก่ียวกับการสร้างความน่าเช่ือถือที่แอบแฝง รายงานการตรวจสอบ One2Car ตรวจสอบตามหลักวิศวกรรม และผู้ ใช้บริการตกลงและยอมรับว่า ขอบเขตความรับผิดชอบ ของ One2Car จะจ ากัดเพียงแค่ชดใช้และคืนค่าบริการตรวจสอบที่ได้รับมาหากพิสจูน์ได้ว่าเกิดจากความประมาทเลินเล่ออย่างร้ายแรงของ One2Car เท่านัน้ โดยผู้ ใช้บริการจะต้องแจ้งให้ One2Car ทราบเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร ภายใน 15 วนันบัจากวนัที่ท าการตรวจสอบรถยนต์แล้วเสร็จ อีกทัง้ผู้ ใช้บริการตกลงและยอมรับว่า One2Carจะปลอดจากความรับผิดที่ เกิดขึน้ต่อผู้ ใช้บริการห รือบุคคลภายนอก ค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึน้ภายหลงัจากการตรวจสอบสภาพรถต่างๆ ยกตวัอย่างเช่น ค่าชิน้ส่วน ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเปลี่ยนหรือซ่อมแซมชิน้ส่วนที่เกิดความเสียหาย ค่าจัดส่งชิน้ส่วน ค่าชดเชยความเสียหาย ค่าด าเนินการและจดัหา และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆที่เกิดขึน้ทัง้ในอดีตและในอนาคต ผู้ ใช้บริการตกลงและยอมรับว่าจะเป็นผู้ รับผิดชอบทัง้สิน้

The Customer has acknowledged and accepted that One2Car inspection report does not provide any of warranty. Or a broker or agent about creating a latent trust. One2Car inspection report has duly make in accordant with the general engineering principle. One2Car's liability will only be limited only the service fee which had received and only in the case of gross-negligence by the One2Car’s staff and the customer must notify One2Car in writing within 15 days after the completion of the car inspection. And Customer shall hold One2Car harmless from any liability and shall solely take all responsibilities in every aspects whether cost or expenses that occur from the car for example cost of parts replacement or repair of damaged parts, shipment cost, any damage compensation, operation and management cost and other past and future expenses.

The Customer has acknowledged and accepted that One2Car Inspect, will not be liable to you for claims arising out of or in connection with your access and use of the this Report whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), indemnity, strict liability, breach of warranty or statute.

f ผู้ ใช้บริการ ตกลงและยอมรับว่า One2Car จะไม่ รับผิดชอบต่อการสญูเสียการใช้งาน การสูญเสียผลิต การสญูเสียรายได้ การสญูเสียก าไร การสูญเสียข้อมูล การสูญเสียการเป็นผู้ รับ เหมา ความล่าช้าหรือค่าใช้จ่ายด้านการเงินใดๆ หรือต้นทุนการด าเนินงานหรือทางเศรษฐกิจใดๆที่เพ่ิมขึน้ การขาดทนุจากการสญูเสียหรือความเสียหายทางตรงและทางอ้อมหรือเป็นผลสืบเนื่องใดๆทัง้สิน้

The Customer has acknowledged and accepted that, to the full extent permitted by law, One2Car Inspect will not be liable to Customer for any loss of use, production, profit, revenue, business, data, contractor anticipated savings or for delay or for any financing costs or increase in operating costs or any economic loss for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

The Customer has acknowledged and accepted that the use of this Inspection Report is subject to the One2Car Inspect Service Terms.

h ผู้ ใช้บริการ ตกลงและยอมรับว่ารายงานตรวจสอบยานพาหนะที่ถูกออกแบบมาเพ่ือช่วยให้ผู้ ที่ใช้ให้แน่ใจว่าตัวรถและโครงสร้างมีความปลอดภัยในการใช้งาน รายการใด ๆ ซึ่งพบว่าต้องมีการปรับปรุงแก้ไขที่เฉพาะเจาะจงตามรายงานเพ่ือให้ยานพาหนะมีความปลอดภยัควรได้รับการแก้ไขโดยช่างที่ช านาญการ ความรับผิดชอบในการจัดเตรียมยานพาหนะที่ปลอดภยัและใช้งานอย่างปลอดภยัยงัคงอยู่กบัเจ้าของหรือคนขับ คู่มือการใช้งานของยานพาหนะควรเก็บใว้กบัยานพาหนะตลอด รายงานตรวจสอบนีจ้ะต้องตรวจสอบทุกหวัข้อที่ระบ ุทกุคนที่มีส่วนร่วมความรับผิดชอบควรจะลงลายมือไว้เป็นหลกัฐาน

The Customer has acknowledged and accepted that this Vehicle Inspection Report is designed to help the used ensure that the vehicle body and structure is correctly and safety maintained. Any item which are found to need specific rectification would normally be best dealt with by a qualified technician. Safety critical items should always be rectified by qualified technician. The responsibility for the provision of a safe vehicle and its safe use remains with the owner or driver. The operator’s manual should be with the vehicle at all time. This Vehicle Inspection Report must be completed with all item checked. All responsible persons should
