Today make full use of your Venice Pass Card, which provides free access to both the Doge’s Palace and St Marks Basilica. These are themain two sights in Venice, but do tend to attract lengthy queues. Your Venice Pass Card doubles as a beat the queues card, so your waittime is minimal.

Once inside the Doge’s Palace, enjoy wandering through the rooms and treasures that showcase the Venetian empire as it was. Particularhighlights include The Room of Maps and the golden staircase. Then head beneath the palace to the prison. Cross The Bridge of Sighs,named as it was the last view of the outside world, experienced by the prisoners.

Finish your tour exploring St Mark’s Basilica, located next door to the palace. This church is an electic mix of East meets West, as theexterior has a very Turkish feel, while the interior is typically Venetian in gold design. It is well worth paying €3 per person fee for access tothe roof. Enjoy the views over St Marks and the Campanile.

Day 3 Water Taxi Transfer to board the Venice Simplon Orient Express to Prague.

This afternoon you will take a water transfer to the train station to board the Venice Simplon Orient Express to Prague.

Day 4 Arrive in Prague and Private Transfer to your Hotel, Classic Car Ride

Day 5 Private Tour of Prague's Highlights OR Tour of Strahov Monastery Castle

Half day private city walking tour where you will get to know more about the history of Prague.

During your private tour you will visit the Old Town Square with the famous Astronomical Clock from the 15th century, Charles Bridge with itsfortified medieval towers, the Republic Sqaure with its gothic Powder Tower and the Municipal House whereyou can stop for a coffee andadmire the Art Nouveau. This tour is @ 4 hours.

OR

Your guide will pick you up and a private transfer will take you to Strahov Monastery.

This building with its library dates back to the 12th century, and you will have a private tour of the Strahov Library which contains 260,000works, many dating to the 14th Century.

You will continue to the Prague Castle where you can walk through the courtyards and visit St Vitus Cathedral, the old Royal Palace, StGeorges Basilica and the Golden Lane with its row of miniature houses. Afterwards return to your hotel for an afternoon at leisure.This tour is@ 4 hours.

Hot Air Ballooning Outside Prague

Take a one hour hot air balloon flight over the neighbouring countryside at sunset. Starting point will vary depending on the wind conditionsbut a favourite starting point in near Karlstejn Castle.

The flight is about one hour, but the whole experience is 3-4 hours to allow for transfers. There are different size balloons which vary fromtaking 5 to 12 people, and a private one for 2 people.

The Venice Simplon Orient Express TrainThe second is the Twin Cabin Suite which consists of two interconnecting cabins. One room can be kept as a lounge with thesecond having an upper and lower berth, or make way for two single beds; one in each room.

The third, new for 2018, are the Grand Suites. Each has a double/twin bedroom, a living area with space for private dining and asofa, which can be converted into an additional bed in the evening. A private ensuite bathroom includes shower, washbasin andtoilet. The celebrated 24-hour cabin service is complemented by free-flowing champagne in your suite.

The train also has fine dining with not two but three restaurant cars. The first is the Cote d'Azure with blue opaque glass classicalfigures. The second is the Etoile du Nord with fantastic marquetry, and the last is L'Oriental which is stylised in black lacquerpanels.
