Contract Administration 2-C• How Does It Work?
– Any general construction service (labor and material) valued between $25,000 and $500,000 and handled by Project Managers / Assistant Project Managers / Project Coordinators
• Project Leader in conjunction w/Contract Administration solicit minimum 3 bidders
• DBE contractors are added if not present (M/W/V)
• Project is bid electronically via Quest CDN

• Each Campus can solicit their own bids. Do not have to bid through Purchasing Agent
