Craver ID FAQ PROGRAM DETAILS : HOW DOES CRAVER ID WORK? We have two options for registration: 1) Pick up a Craver ID card at any Columbus area Castle and register your card online at CraverID.com; or, 2) Log-in to CraverID.com and register to get a digital card for your Smartphone so you can access the 2D code from your mobile device. Once you register your Craver ID online, your benefits start immediately with 2 Free Original Sliders! After that, whenever you go to the Castle and make a purchase, just show your Craver ID card, or if you’re a high-tech Craver, access the 2D code on your Smartphone. HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY CRAVER ID CARD? Your Craver ID card can be activated under the “Activate Card” tab once you log onto CraverID.com. I HAVE A CRAVER ID CARD AND I AM USING IT AT THE CASTLE SO WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING ANY BENEFITS?

You should have received your first benefit of 2 free sliders upon registering and then another benefit your birthday week. Other than that, good things come to those who wait. If you are too excited and just can’t wait, we can check to make sure you have registered your card properly. Contact Us.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY BENEFITS?When a benefit comes in the form of a redeemable offer, just print out the email or pull it up on your smartphone, and show it to the team member at your local Castle.

If your card is lost, go ahead and register a new one under your previous email so we can track your profile. Your benefits will not be lost because we link of all your activity through your email address. If you have any benefit that has not yet expired you can still use it.

HOW DO I USE MY CRAVER ID CARD ON MY SMARTPHONE?Using your smartphone, log into your Craver ID account and then select the “Craver ID” tab. Then show the 2D code to the team member when making a purchase.

CASTLE VISIT :

I FORGOT TO USE MY CRAVER ID CARD AT THE CASTLE. IS THERE A WAY TO RECORD MY PURCHASE? Yes, if you still have your receipt. Go to the “Add Receipt” tab when you login. Unfortunately, if you don’t have the receipt we are unable to record your purchase. The receipt number is the only way for our system to track it down.

WHY DOES IT SAY THAT THE STATUS OF MY RECEIPT IS “PENDING”?That’s fancy speak for, “Our computer is still working to match up your receipt with purchase data in the system.”

Why was my receipt denied?It may have been denied because of incorrect receipt number or because that receipt number had been previously entered. If you feel there is an error, please Contact Us.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HOW DO I GET A NEW ONE?You can reset your password by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
