Vin Nghin cu C kh thc hin thnh cng cng trnh cung cp dy chuyn thit b ng b ton b Dy chuyn my xeo giy cho trng Trung hc k thut cng nghip Giy phc v cng tc o to cng nh sn xut trn c s tham d v thng thu quc t. y l dy chuyn sn xut giy in, giy vit t nguyn liu bt giy. Phm vi cng vic thc hin bao gm: cung cp thit b cng ngh (thit b phn chun b bt v thit b my xeo giy), h thng thit b in ng lc, h thng iu khin trung tm DCS (Distributed Control System), h thng kim tra cht lng giy QCS (Quality Control System), thit b hon thnh v thit b ph tr. Bn cnh thnh cng ca cc thit b c kh l truyn thng ca Vin, im thnh cng mi dy chuyn do cc cn b chuyn mn ca Vin thc hin l: - H thng iu khin trung tm DCS v H thng iu khin truyn ng (Driver Control) iu khin ng b tc cc l trc bng, l p v cc l sy. Ton b 02 h thng ny c tch hp chung v c iu khin, gim st ti phng iu khin trung tm CCR (Centaral control room). - ng dng phn mm thit k 3D vo cng tc thit k b tr h thng thit b, thit k cc tuyn ng cng ngh, gip cho qu trnh thi cng c chnh xc v nhanh hn. Vic thc hin thnh cng dy chuyn ng b ton b ny nh du kh nng v hng i mi ca cn b khoa hc cng ngh ca Vin. Sau y l mt vi nt v dy chuyn sn xut giy in giy vit ni trn. 1. Vi nt v dy chuyn my xeo giy Dy chuyn my xeo giy (xem h.1) c tnh nng k thut v bao gm cc b phn chnh sau: - Tnh nng k thut: + Kh rng giy tinh: 840 mm + Nng xut: 5 -7 tn/ngy + nh lng giy: 50 120 g/m2 + Tc my xeo: 50 100 m/ph + Nguyn liu: Bt tm, bt thu hi, giy l + Gia keo bng phng php kim tnh - B phn thit b chun b bt: bao gm my nghin thy lc (01 ci), my nghin a kp (03 ci), sng p lc (01 ci), sng ly tm (02 ci), my c c (01 ci), my nghin tinh (01 ci), thng iu tit (01 ci), thit b lc ct (02 cp), hm cao v (01 ci), h thng bn b cha, bm, ng ng v van cc loi. B phn ny c nhim v nghin t bt tm, giy l v pha long n nghin v nng nh sn trc khi ln li;
- B phn my xeo giy: bao gm cc thit b: hm phun bt, thit b khu t, thit b ht chn khng, thit b khu p, thit b khu sy, thit b p quang, my cun v my cun li. B phn ny c nhim v xeo t bt giy c nghin v nng quy nh qua cc khu nh hnh, ht chn khng, p, sy to ra giy cun thnh phm; - H thng kim tra cht lng giy QCS DaVinci Honeywell: c trang b thit b qut (scanner), sensor o nh lng giy, sensor o m giy ... o v gim st cht lng ca giy v nh lng v m; - H thng thit b o: bao gm cc thit b: o mc, o lu lng, o nng , o nhit , o p sut, b pht xung o tc ( Encoder). H thng ny c nhim v o, gim st cc thng s cng ngh ca ton b dy chuyn cung cp d liu cho h thng iu khin; - H thng iu khin DCS Simatic PCS 7: c cc tnh nng gim st, iu khin t ng ch lm vic ca ton dy chuyn nh: ch hot ng hay dng ca cc thit b, qu trnh pha long bt, mc cc b, nhit cc l sy, ng b tc gia cc b phn, m phng ton b dy chuyn sn xut my xeo giy trn h thng cc trang mn hnh, gip cho ngi vn hnh c th gim st c ton b cc thng s, trng thi lm vic ca dy chuyn mt cch trc quan ti phng iu khin trung tm. - H thng thit b in ng lc v h thng iu khin truyn ng: c kt ni vi nhau v vi h thng iu khin trung tm c nhim v iu khin ng b tc cc ng c AC bng bin tn, trn c s chng trnh iu khin c nhng kt vo h thng iu khin DCS chung; 1.1.1 - Cc thi t b ph tr bao g m: n i h i t d u cung c p nhi t cho b ph n s y; Tr m cung c p kh nn cung c p kh nn cho cc thi t b o v i u khi n; H th ng c u tr c ph c v s n xu t v s a ch a; H th ng x l n c th i lm nhi m v x l n c do dy chuy n th i ra quay l i s n xu t v m b o ch tiu th i mi tr ng c a dy chuy n;
1.2 Cc thi t b hon thnh: lm nhi m v s n xu t v vi t v gi y photocopy t gi y cu n.2. ngnh giy nh h thng QCS, DCS v h thng iu khin truyn ng s dng ng c bin tn. Ngoi ra h thng cn c thit k linh hot vi cc chc nng iu khin t ng ha hon ton hoc iu khin bng tay khi cn thit, v vy m bo c tnh ti u cng nh ng b ha ton b dy chuyn, p ng c cc tiu ch: Va phc v cng tc o to, va m bo sn xut ra cc loi giy in, giy vit vi cht lng cao, p ng yu cu ca th trng; H thng c thit k ng b, m un ho m bo d dng vn hnh, bo dng. Thit k h thng s dng ti a cc chi tit, vt liu, thit b tiu chun sn c trn th trng, nh vy m gim ti a chi ph mua sm, lng ph tng d phng v rt ngn ti a thi gian dng sa cha. Thi gian cung cp, a h thng vo lm vic ngn nht, ph hp vi tin ra ca ch u t nh xy k hoch thc hin hp l, chi tit v nh mng li rng ln, quan h gn gi cc nh thu ph ch to, cung cp thit b ca Vin Nghin cu C kh. 3. Mt s kt qu chnh 3.1. H thng iu khin DCS: im thnh cng ni bt l H thng iu khin DCS c thc hin bi cc cn b KH-CN ca Vin, gii quyt c t khu thit k, la chn thit b n xy dng thut ton v phn mm iu khin, tch hp h thng vi cu trc v tnh nng nh sau (xem h.3): Trn hnh 3 m t h thng iu khin DCS cho dy chuyn sn xut my xeo giy Pilot. H thng bao gm 04 thnh phn chnh: h thng truyn ng my xeo, h thng o lng v cc c cu chp hnh, h thng kim tra v iu khin cht lng giy QCS, h thng thu thp gim st v iu khin trung tm c cc tnh nng nh sau : - H thng truyn ng my xeo (Driver System): vi nhim v iu khin ton b h thng truyn ng cho my xeo giy. nng cao cht lng iu khin tc cc l xeo, h thng truyn ng my xeo c trang b cc b iu khin chuyn dng c lin kt mng cng nghip vi nhau, truyn thng gia cc b iu khin truyn ng l truyn thng s, vi chnh xc cao, tc truyn nhanh vi kh nng chng nhiu tt. H thng truyn ng c ni mng vi h thng iu khin DCS, h thng DCS lm nhim v qun l v iu khin cc tham s cng ngh, gim st. H iu khin truyn ng nhn yu cu iu khin t h thng DCS, s x l v thc hin yu cu iu khin . - H thng o lng v cc c cu chp hnh: vi nhim v o c v iu khin cc tham s cng ngh t phn chun b bt cho n my xeo giy. Cc thit b o lng v c cu chp hnh c iu khin bi h thng DCS thng qua cc modul iu khin phn tn. - H thng kim tra v iu khin cht lng giy QCS: s dng h iu khin
DaVinci QCS ca hng Honeywell M, gim st iu khin cht lng giy vi 02 thng s l: nh lng giy (basis weight) v m (moisture). My qut (Scanner) trn gn cc u o kim tra cc thng s ca giy, c ni mng vi my ch DaVinci Application Server c ci cc phn mm chuyn dng cho x l d liu iu khin gim st cht lng giy. H iu khin DaVinci QCS c tch hp cng vi h iu khin DCS, to thnh mt vng iu khin khp kn. Cc thng s cht lng giy c o bi h thng QCS, sau c gi phn hi tr v h thng DCS, h thng DCS s ra cc quyt nh tc ng ln cc h thng truyn ng, h thng chp hnh iu khin cc tham s cng ngh. - H thng thu thp gim st v iu khin trung tm DCS: c nhim v l b iu khin trung tm thu thp, gim st v iu khin t cc h thng iu khin truyn ng, h thng o lng v c cu chp hnh, h thng iu khin cht lng giy. H thng thu thp cc thng s gi tr o, theo chng trnh iu khin t ng c lp sn s ra cc quyt nh tc ng iu khin cc thit b chp hnh pha di. Ton b cc tham s, qu trnh cng ngh ca dy chuyn sn xut c biu din mt cch trc quan trn mn hnh giao din my tnh. Ngoi nhim v iu khin, h thng iu khin DCS cn c nhim v lu tr cc thng s k thut h thng, cc tham s cng ngh, to cc bo co thng k, h tr cho cng tc qun l sn xut. Cc bo co c xut ra di dng bn lu in t hoc ra my in. - H thng mng truyn thng: s dng truyn thng s 2 cp, cp mng trng vi mng tiu chun cng nghip PROFIBUS-DP v mng din rng cng nghip INDUSTRIAL ETHERNET. Cp mng trng dng cho kt ni trong h thng iu khin truyn ng, h thng iu khin vi cc modul phn tn v gia hai h thng ny trao i d liu vi nhau. Cp mng INDUSTRIAL ETHERNET dng cho kt ni gia h thng iu khin trung tm vi h thng iu khin cht lng giy QCS DaVinci v trm vn hnh giao din iu khin. C hai cp mng iu khin u s dng nhng chun mng ang c s dng rng ri, d dng cho vic m rng nng cp, lin kt vi h thng mng vn phng cho qun l sn xut. - H thng c kh nng t ng nhn bit c cc li nh li thit b o, li do hng cp tn hiu, v.v.. kp thi a ra cc thng bo x l kp thi. - Trong qu trnh sn xut dy chuyn c s c th h thng khng ch a ra nhng cnh bo m cn c kh nng tc ng n dy chuyn sn xut kp thi m bo an ton cho ngi v thit b nh ci bo ng, ng ct in theo thit k nh trc, v.v.. - H thng c thit k linh hot, vi nhiu tu chn, cho php thay i cc tham s, chc nng hay m rng trong tng lai mt cch d dng, n gin v tit kim chi ph. - H thng hot ng trn c s h iu hnh Windows vi tnh nng NT c n nh, tin cy cao, tng thch hon ton vi cc ng dng vn phng ca Microsoft, iu ny s thun tin cho cng tc qun l v iu hnh sn xut ca nh my.
Phn iu khin h thng truyn ng my xeo - H thng in ng lc: c thc hin bi cc cn b KH-CN ca Vin. Phng n iu khin truyn ng dy chuyn my xeo giy a ra l phng n iu khin mng cc ng c AC bng bin tn, trn c s chng trnh iu khin c nhng kt vo h thng iu khin DCS chung (xem h.4). 1.1.1.1 H th ng c cc ch c nng: - Tnh ton tc chnh ca my xeo. - Tnh ton ti v tc phn hi ca mi ng c. - Pht tn hiu tc cho tng motor iu khin tng/gim tc . - iu khin tun t cc ch chy vn hnh (Jog, Crawl, Run, Stop, Emergency Stop). - B ng knh l. - Gim st tc . - iu khin ch b chm (Slack). - m chiu di giy trn tang cun (reel).3.2. 3.
