Following contractor site visits held on December, 12 and 16, 2014, the following clarifies or answers question arising from those visits. 1. Electrical Service: To clarify the existing electrical service will be upgraded from a 100 amp service to a 200 amp service as part of the scope of work for the project. The contractor will be responsible to arrange and pay for any electrical permits required. 2. The Town of Hantsport will obtain and pay for the 'Building Permit' 3. Please see attached, for information only, shop drawings of the Barrier Free Lift that will be supplied and installed by others. 4. Door number D-06: Add to hardware; manual flush bolts and spring hinges. 5. The building Inspector has indicated that no A-Forms will be required for Mechanical or Electrical. 6. Fax amendments to the bid documents must be received by the closing time at the Town of Hantsport, (902) 684-3227. The bidder assumes all risks regarding electronic delivery of amendments by the closing time. 7. The closing date for the tender has been changed to January 14, 2014, 12:00pm. 1. For clarification:

There is no section in the Tender Form for separate prices. The section 'Additional Scope' in the

Request for Quotes, page 9 regarding additional scope of work is for information only. Bidders

are not required to submit 'separate prices' for the additional scope of work. The successful

bidder may be asked to provide pricing for additional scopes of work, as contemplated change

orders, after the award of contract.
