Furthermore it has enlarged its production range including the specific sector of supplying stock preparation equipment.Parameters as water and fiber losses have been seriously considered.

APPROACH FLOW SCREEN (AS Series)
Working consistency can vary from 0.18% to 1.2%, depending on the final paper grade.AS can be equipped with slotted or holed baskets.Special rotor has been foreseen to ensure low pulsation.Internal surfaces are polished at 0.2 ra.Calculation and design of AS take into consideration the working pressure of the machine itself, for this reason special flanges have been used.Smart solutions have been adopted in terms of maintenance and engineering.
AGITATORS (AFS Series)
AFS has been designed to ensure the better mixing performances, thanks to a high efficiency propeller.Working consistency can vary from 2.0% to 5.0%.
UNDER MACHINE BROKE PULPER (UBP Series)
Application of UBP aggregate is very wide and can vary from each position of a traditional paper machine (couch pit, press pit, size-press pit, winder pit) to the tissue machine.Perforated plate design can vary according to the final paper grade.
LOW DENSITY BATCH PULPER (LCB Series)
LCB Pulper has been designed to optimize the slushing effect by increasing opening of the fibers.Combination of the rotor (DELTA) and vat shape (special deflector design), has made possible to reach the above mentioned aims.Working consistency can vary from 4.0% to 6.0%.Pulper design meets even the requirement in terms of maintenance which is another key parameter. Smart solutions have been adopted.
DEFLAKER (DEF Series)
The function of DEF is to open the flakes sti l l present in the stock.DEF is widely used along the virgin l ines and broke lines.O.M.C. Collareda has carefully considered the DEF fi l l ings, choosing a special design.Working consistency can vary from 3.0% to 6.0%.
DOUBLE DISC REFINER (DDR Series)
The function of DDR is to modify the fiber characteristics by increasing °SR and get it suitable according to the final paper grades.Discs are arranged in sectors and chosen according to the application and the fiber to be treated.Disc gap adjustment is automatic and by means of a gear motor.
HIGH DENSITY CLEANER (HDC Series)
HDC Cleaner, by centrifugal separation, allows the evacuation of contaminants as staple, stones, etc.Thanks to its design, HDC creates high speed vortex which allows the separation.HDC action is even to protect the next equipment allowing wear reduction.Contaminants are evacuated by means of automatic junk trap.Working consistency can vary from 3.0% to 5.0%, depending on the process.
