Call Data from Cisco servers gets uploaded into SAP system and based on that employee can monitor their per day call cost.Admin Dashboards/Reports for monitoring the entire calls and their cost made by employees. involves Generation, Deletion of secure Authcodes for making calls along with send Mail utility. This system also monitors the allocated cost for the Individual employees according to their units.
