Vision for Technology Initiative Linda Harrelson Summit Christian Academy Administrator At Summit Christian Academy, we work daily to inspire students to achieve their Godgiven potential. The training we provide must be relevant, ethical, and forwardthinking, using the technology of today in preparation for tomorrow. Our objective is to use technology as an accelerator to enhance learning and develop the next generation of leaders to influence our culture. The technology initiative will better prepare our students for the digital world of tomorrow while enhancing their classroom environment today. Summit Christian Academy has invested in building the infrastructure for this project by making our entire campus WiFi accessible. We have added a new server that is equipped to handle 1:1 devices for up to 500 faculty, staff, and students. The technology initiative requires each student grades 911 to bring their own iPad to school. As textbooks become available in digital form, we will analyze them for utilization and are excited to bring our curriculum to life through the iPad. God has truly blessed Summit Christian Academy and we are excited to see what other amazing plans He has in store for your students.
