    Greg Tekulve, CSI., is Vice President of Tekulve AccelerationTraining. He is a graduate of McNicholas High School and theCollege of Mount Saint Joseph with a degree in History andSecondary Education. His experience as a high school andcollege football coach offers a unique perspective in themotivating and training of athletes. He has been personallytrained by program designer John Frappier in Fargo, ND.

    The Program Program Components

    The Super Treadmill has a top speed of 28 mph and an incline of 40degrees. By scientifically adjusting interval time, speed and incline wedevelop the two major components associated with running faster: stridelength and stride frequency.

    Plyometrics are jumping exercises designed to improve your balance and quickness for greater court

    coverage and improve your vertical jump.

    An Individual Strength Training Program is developed foreach athlete, concentrating on the lower body. We will

    target weaknesses and emphasize a proper strength base.You will use weight equipment specifically designed for

    the Acceleration program.

    Our patented SSPPOORRTTCCOORRDDSS are used to isolate.specificmuscles in serving, blocking and hitting. This allows youto train at velocities used in actual game conditions. TheSportcord Program is independent of the regularAcceleration Training but can be done at the same timeas the regular program. This program has an additionalcharge.

    This is a 21-session workout program. The athlete will run once and haveone plyometric session per week. Each athlete will weight train at leasttwice a week. Our training program is designed to increase speed, agility,power and self-confidence. Our program is not a camp or clinic, it is theultimate training program.
