Advice to Underclassmen
“I would recommend that you introduce yourself to your teach-ers at the begining of the year so that you’ll feel more comfortable participating in class and asking for help when it’s needed. Your teachers are there to support you, so get to know them because they want to see you suceed.”
“Worrying about things you have no control over is the worst way to go about your high school career. Just control what you can and have fun.”
“Don’t rush your time at MoHi. Stay present. You are only in high school once, and these next four years are going to fly by.”
“Don’t procrastinate!”
“I would tell underclassmen to not ditch, because ESS isn’t fun.”
“Stay focused on your grades and studies. It’s really not that hard; just keep up. It will help in the long run.”
“Have fun in high school. Do things that you find fun and in-teresting and not just to build your resume for college, and don’t worry about everything in high school. Years down the road, things you worried about in high school won’t matter.”

When students ask for another
deadline extension
I will find your parents’ number and I will call them. Don’t test me.
How do I say this and not make
them cry?
When your psychology teacher has lost it!
When you laugh at your own jokes to get through grading papers
When your students ...
drugs.
