Dual Cure emulsions have a combination of qualities of both Diazo and SBQ emulsions and offer a wide variety of features. They have a wide exposure latitude, can reproduce fine detail, and they

usually work well in high humidity. They must be mixed with sensitizer, and once mixed... they only have a shelf life of up to three months. There are water resistant varieties of dual cure emulsions

Photopolymers (SBQ) are pre-sensitized emulsions with an excellent shelf life (usually a year or more). They tend to be the most expensive as well. They are the fastest exposing emulsions, that

are excellent at the reproduction of very fine detail. Although SBQ photopolymer emulsions are faster exposing... they tend to perform best with good light sources (because their exposure lati-tude is smaller than Diazo emulsions). There are some SBQ emulsions formulated to be specifi-

cally water resistant, but many are not, or may need Diazo added for water resistance.

Polycol One-CoatOne-Coat is a high solids, fast exposing pre-sensitized SBQ emulsion. Applying only one coat to each side of the screen results in optimum stencil thickness for virtually every mesh count. Diazo is supplied (upon request) for added water resistance.

CaPillary FilmsCapillary films have an predetermined thickness and an extremely smooth surface, which makes

getting a consistently smooth stencil easier than when using direct liquid emulsions. Cleaning & Reclaiming

Ultimate Ink WashThis economical ink wash offers the ultimate ink degrading power for the toughest ink systems and yet is biodegradable and has a low flash point.



A concentrated screen cleaner formulated to be very effective on plastisol, UV, and some solvent-based inks. It is especially suitable for use in automatic screen cleaning machines, and can be used as a stain remover when undiluted.

TKO White is a high performance, economical white ink that works well on 100% cotton & most 50/50 blends. It can be used for both an underbase as well as a stand alone white, and prints easily on both manual or automatic presses. 588 Tactical (50/50 +) White is an economically priced high viscosity low bleed white ink, specially de-signed for 50/50 fabrics. It has a very short body, a very soft hand and can be used as a stand alone white or as an underbase. 581 Arctic White is a premium white plastisol ink for 100% cotton garments. The optical brightener gives the finished print an extremely bright white appearance. With no blowing agents, it provides a smooth surface for use as an underbase or highlight white. 590PF Sabre White is a low-bleed plastisol designed to prevent dye migration on blended fabrics - especially sweatshirt fabrics. Its short body and creamy texture make it easy to print through meshes up to 230 tpi and it provides excellent results when used as an under base, stand-alone white or highlight white.

SPORT PRO Athletic Inks

SportPRO inks are designed to cure at 290° F to keep polyester dyes from migrating into the ink. The low cure temps make it perfect for printing on nylon, 100% polyester athletic uniforms, and polyester “performance” fabrics. Its high-elongation properties make SportPro an excellent choice for garments made with lycra/spandex. They are available in a wide range of 1550 direct print colors, 1533 popular collegiate colors, as well as the 1551 Color-PRO color matching system. * Note: some colors are available in either 1533 Collegiate Color or 1550 Color variations with only a subtle difference in color.

ColorPRO mixing systems are high-opacity color mixing systems that produce simulated Pantone colors using 11 standard ready-for-use colors (plus five additional Booster Colors for increased color intensity when matching extra vibrant colors). The downloadable Colormate PRO Software is used for both ColorPRO and PCPRO Matching Systems and can calculate formulas for quarts, gallons, litres, kilograms or pounds, as well as estimate the amount of ink required. It can be used to organize your ink mixes on any PC-based computer system. The ColorPRO inks are completely phthalate-free and lead-free.

The “NX System” is the newest generation of Evolution Series 2 PVC-free textile inks. It now has improved washfastness, crock-resistance, inter-coat adhesion between colors, and a vastly lower cure temperature.

The lower cure temperature greatly helps resist dye migration on 100% polyester andpolyester blends. This new formulation still retains a soft hand feel similar to water-based inks, with the conveniences of plastisol

inks (including opacity and color consistency). Because the inks will not air-dry, high resolution designs printed through finer meshes are no problem... stencils stay open throughout the entire print run. Unlike previ-

ous generations, the NX System yields excellent results in the production of cold peel transfers as well. All NX System components fully comply with all REACH, OEKO-TEX® 100 and Nike RSL standards.

7031 Ultra White is a high performance, high pigment (HP), low bleed white plastisol formulated for ultra high speed printing.

7014 Legacy White is a low fusing, fast flashing, low tack, high pigment (HP) white ink that prints very well on blended t-shirts and sweatshirts. 711 HP LB White is a high-pigment, low-bleed ink that is a fast-flashing, low-fusing, low-tack ink.
