Craft Night The fourth Friday of each month, 6:30-10:30 p.m. at The Meeting House
A time set aside to fellowship and work on our projects half done (PHDs),
our unfinished objects (UFOs) and the new projects we have been itching to
try! This is a great night to see what others are working on and possibly share
the crafting knowledge you have with others. Bring your own supplies and
equipment. Cost is $5. Snacks, coffee & tea are provided.
“Movie Night” Four Tuesday nights in June, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
We offer a month of Movie Nights twice a year to growing audiences.
We’ll be showing exciting new productions including newly-released “I Can
Only Imagine,” “The Book of Daniel,” and others. Join us for each week for
something uplifting and feel comfortable in bringing your older children. No
admission charge. And, we’ll keep making and serving you (free) popcorn!
Check out our website for details.

Upcoming Conferences, Workshops, Lectures
I would like to take a moment to thank everyone who helped me through my
illness in 2017. Your cards, letters and generous financial
gifts helped me so much. It was certainly a very difficult
time for me and for my family. Your prayers and concern
meant the world to me.
I am doing very well and back to my old self. There is one
difference, however. I have decided to embrace my natural-
ly curly gray hair! I believe I have earned it. Once again,
thank you so very much for your heartfelt kindness.
[Editor’s note: the photo is of Marlene a few years ago helping to
load toys patients donated for area families in need. You’ll just
have to come by the office to see the new, curly gray Marlene.]

Do not be guilty of SMUIA !
That would be “social media-ing under the influence of anesthesia!”
Being under anesthesia can impair your judgment for the rest of the day.
We recommend that you do not text, facebook, or engage in on-line shopping for at least 24
hours after any medical procedure in which you receive a twilight or general anesthesia.
Yes, of course this is in response to what you have told me! —Dr. Mary Pearson
Massage Therapy — Relax, Heal, Rejuvenate
Many of us are stressed, tired and over booked in our day to day lives. How do you take time for yourself?
Do you take time for yourself? Why not a massage? As we are all busy trying to multi-task most of our days,
why not multi task in a beneficial way to regroup. Massage has many benefits:
Many people immediately think relaxation. This is a big benefit of massage! Massage can relax your mind
and allow you to destress, as well as relax your body to remove layers of tension on your muscles and organs.
Massage can heal as well. Massage is a great way to heal all sorts of injuries and aliments from sore muscles
to digestive issues to headaches.
When You Change Insurances
Massage can rejuvenate. Massage is known to help with sleep issues and increase
circulation which in turns makes the body function better.
Have questions? Call the office and speak with Jenn, our Board Certified Massage
Therapist. Ready to make your massage appointment? Call the office or stop by the
front desk and speak to any staff member to schedule your appointment.
And remember gift certificates for moms, dads, grads, brides . . . .
May God bless your day greatly! Jennifer Jubinville, BCMT, CPMT
People regularly change insurance companies. It is very important that you let our
office staff know right away so that we don’t bill the wrong insurance company.
As of February 13, New Creation Healing Center no longer participates with New
Hampshire Healthy Families. It is of the utmost importance that if you have that type
of insurance that you either change your health plan to one that we do participate
with, or you will have to change your primary care physician. Most of our patients
who had N.H. Healthy Families switched to the Wellsense Insurance plan.
Minuteman Health Insurance ceased doing business recently. We made several at-
tempts to notify those with that insurance but if we somehow missed you, call us.
We recently welcomed Tamara to our office staff. She will be your go-to person if you need a referral from
your insurance plan. It is helpful for our staff if you can give us at least a week’s notice as this process is of-
ten time-consuming. Not all insurance companies will back-date your referral. We hope that upon your set-
ting up an appointment with the specialist, you call us right away to avoid unnecessary bills. —Terry Legare

We welcome you to join those working on The Giv-
ing Garden. These gardeners have fun, learn much,
and raise food for the local food bank.

Counseling When the Weather is Nice
While the “winter blahs” often disappear when the
weather gets nice, not all emotional hurts are that
easily dispatched. In fact, there are hurts that get
worse, not better, because some of the people around
us just don’t understand why the good weather has-
n’t cured us.
Trained and licensed counselors Paula and Judy are
here to help. Paula specializes in counseling for
women and the aging. Judy specializes in adolescent
and addiction counseling. Both do general adult
counseling. Call the office (603) 642-6700 to find
out more. As you know, New Creation Healing Center is a 501
(c) (3) non-profit organization. Many of you re-
sponded to our recent financial appeal and made
generous tax-deductible donations. From the ap-
peal’s beginning to the present we received $18,971.
Our needs, so that we may continue to provide you
quality service, continue and your help is needed.
Recently, as with many similar organizations, we
started asking area businesses to help us by partially
underwriting the costs of conferences and work-
shops. Pinnacle Physical Therapy of Plaistow is our
first corporate sponsor. Might your company or
business wish to do this? For more information
email Canon Mark at [email protected]
You should always hear back from us regarding any
lab or imaging that we order for you. If you don’t
hear from us within a week or so after you’ve had a
test, please call us! Sometimes we have not received
the results. —Dr. Mary Pearson
We offer prayer after every office visit and many of
you tell us how meaningful this is to you. We also
offer prayer at additional times.
THURSDAYS. On the first, second, fourth and fifth
Thursdays of the month we have a Communion ser-
vice in The Meeting House from 12:30 p.m. to just
after 1. As part of this service, we offer prayer and
anointing for healing.
SUNDAYS. A trained, compassionate pair of “prayer
warriors” is available after the 10:00 a.m. service of
worship and would be happy to pray with you.
Saturday Office Hours / Sick Call
Office Hours for appointments: 10 a.m.—4 p.m.
Usually the first and third Saturdays.
Sick Call: 10 a.m.—12 noon. For last minute, “must
be seen today” problems. 2nd and 4th Saturdays.
Thank you
Special Times of Personal Prayer
Dr. Mary and Canon Mark invite you to worship
with us in The Meeting House Sundays at 10:00 a.m.
There are midweek Bible studies, too.
We will gladly take your empty ink or toner car-
tridges to recycle for you. We turn them in for re-
wards to help offset our expenses.

LYMES DISEASE
As you know, Lymes disease is a serious issue in our community.
PREVENT: *Wear light colored clothing (so it’s easier to see and remove ticks);
*Wear bug spray, especially on your feet and legs, even if you’re outside for just a few minutes
*Tuck your pant legs into your socks. It’s not fashionable but it may be life saving.
*Make sure you check yourself, your kids and your pets every night before going to bed and remove
any ticks right away.
REMOVE any ticks with tweezers or a “tick key” as soon as possible. If a deer tick has been attached for
more than 24 hours, call the on-call provider for a one-day treatment of doxycycline.
TREAT: The first sign of Lymes disease is a bullseye rash (not in the area of the bite) that goes away
within a day. Many people also get flu-like
symptoms: high fevers, muscle aches, fatigue.
If Lymes disease is not treated in these early
stages, it can go on to cause long-term, perma-
nent damage, including joint problems, menin-
gitis, and abnormal heart problems.
Please call us to schedule an appointment if you
have any concerns.
—Dr. Mary Pearson
