what is tanKbeer® uK ?TANKBEER® UK provides an innovative solution, whereby the beer is delivered in bulk, straight from the brewery right up to the area where it is being served. The tanks that hold the beer work with a low maintenance bag-in-box system. TANKBEER® UK provides the full service of a fixed & flexible setup, including the logistics of getting the beer straight from the brewery to the tanks.

A tank system for distributing beer is money well spent. Mueller beer tanks will save the bar manager from labour-intensive toiling and broaching beer kegs. The brewer not only controls the quality of the beer right to the time of consumption but will also save on freight.

The piercing unit of the Advanced Beer Tank with front outlet is attached to the front. This model has the advantage of saving space through compact stacking. Available models: 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500 & 5,000 litres (other models on request).

Cooling of the insulated beer tank by means of a copper spiral, coiled around the tank. It takes about 20 hours for the contents of a full tank to cooldown from 10 0 C to 5 0 C. This requires 250 litres of cooling water of 2.5 0 C. In the event of a power failure in an ambient temperature of 30 0 C, it will take twelve hours for the entire contents of the tank of approximately 5 0 C to rise no more than one degree.

The truck has multiple smaller 1,000 litre tanks which are all connected. The total volume of beer that can be carried is up to 15,000 litres, depending on the chassis. There is a separate compressor that will push the beer out of the tanks and also the truck is fitted out with a touch screen control panel that is able to exactly deliver the quantity needed.

There is a filling hose connected that has a reach of 60 metress. The trucks are fitted out with a GPS system, so logistics department can see how much stock is left in the trucks.

This beer tank is a complete stand alone unit, that can be connected to up to 12 beer lines at a time. The tank is equipped with a double compressor so if one fails the other will take over. Continuous supply is guaranteed! Also the tank is actively cooled and is easily maneuverable. The unit has its special hard casing, which also can be branded if required.

beer trucK

TANKBEER® UK can also provide beer trucks to deliver the beer at remote areas. TANKBEER® UK trucks are custom made and can be fitted with up to 15 tanks to deliver 15,000 litres in one drop. The delivery truck is a fully insulated structure with a closed bodywork of plates and holds several doors to access the equipment for filling the tank and the delivery of the beer.

For large events and high volume outlets we can also provide a delivery unit, which is simply clicked on the back of a big

reefer. This truck with 25,000 litres has the same benefits of the standard beer truck and can deliver the beer on the spot.
