People who enjoy working under challenging circumstances and deadlines, feel lesser stress and accomplish more in life. People who are well organized and self-managed are lesser prone to stress.

Ego brings conflicts in life and conflicts bring stress. Our own false assumptions, beliefs, complexes, and insecurities play a major role in creating negative stress. Deepak stated that stress is not to be dealt by a doctor or by pills. It is a management issue and he adviced, “Spare some time with your-self daily. ‘Be with self meditation’. Let thoughts flow freely in your mind. It will bring peace and contentment in life. Bring ‘thanks giving’ culture in prayers. This will make you kind, relaxed and peaceful.”

Life is a wonderful instrument of happiness. But we are not much skillful to play it well. In personal, family or at work place, usually conflicts arise due to communication gap. Devote sufficient time with parents, spouse and children, and spend quality time with them. People are not stressed by work load but due to disturbed personal and family life.

Rtn. Arjan Singh presents a memento to Mr. Deepak

Gupta. Looking on is President Amarjit Singh

Effective delegation and team spirit keeps negative stress away in all walks of life, may be personal, family or work life. We are bestowed with enough strength and power to face challenges of life. We just have to explore them to keep negative stress away.

Management competence and will power can shorten the duration of stress and dilute the negative effects of it. Only stress free life can bring health, happiness, peace, contentment, relaxation, prosperity and harmony in relationships.

Rtn. Arjan Singh thanked Mr. Deepak Gupta for his wonderful presentation, and for helping us to help ourselves to unravel the complications in our lives.
