Senior Center LocationsHundreds of seniors gather daily at one of the four senior centers in North Fulton. These centers are great places to meet and make new friends, stay engaged and energized, and take part in a wide range of activities – from art and chess to exercise and shopping trips. Transportation is provided to and from our centers daily. Call the center nearest you for an informational visit.

of a society is how it treats its most vulnerable

members, including the elderly.

Meals on Wheels (MOW)We provide Meals on Wheels to seniors who have difficulty grocery shopping or preparing meals for themselves. Our volunteers deliver nutritious meals to seniors Monday through Friday, and their visits often provide these men and women with the only human contact they have. In 2015, our volunteers delivered over 30,000 meals.

SENIOR SERVICES NORTH FULTON

PROGRAMS & SERVICESSenior Services North Fulton provides a critical lifeline of support for older adults living in Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, Mountain Park, Roswell and Sandy Springs.

For more than 25 years, Senior Services North Fulton has been at the forefront of efforts to provide essential care and support to the region’s growing population of older adults. We’re a nonprofit organization supported by local businesses, community groups, and the public sector, as well as more than 500 volunteers, and a prime example of a public-private partnership with a proven track record of improving the quality of life in North Fulton.

TransportationWe provide transportation to and from medical appointments and a voucher program that facilitates travel to and from shopping, visits with friends and family, and other outings.

Care ManagementOur Care Managers conduct home visits with seniors to evaluate their needs and determine appropriate services. The goal is to help older adults live as independently as possible.

We can arrange for in-home services such as:• Personal Care • Homemaker • Respite Care

(bathing, dressing, etc.) (light housekeeping) (breaks for primary caregivers)
