In view of the many request for the past few months, asking for the exchange of EOG vouchers with

Revelation Rewards Travel Voucher, we are pleased to inform that the management has finally approved the

request, and we are now officially accepting and processing the exchange with following terms and

conditions:

1. Every RM2000 EOG Cash voucher can be exchanged for ONE (1) Revelation Rewards travel voucher

booklet

2. Completed voucher exchange form must be submitted together with the vouchers with accurate

value to ISEA office latest by 10 September 2010.

3. Any late submission will not be entertained

For those who still wish to redeem the EOG vouchers, please do so at the following outlets before 31 August

2010. ISEA will not be responsible for any unredeemed vouchers after the expiry date.
