Domino theory

This theory stated that if one state went communist, the states that surrounded it or were in its region would follow.

Many people believed that the domino theory, which is what the U.S. used to justify their involvement, was not justifiable.

Should the war in Vietnam have happened at all?

There are both strong and true arguments backed up by facts, and it is impossible to come to a clear conclusion on whether it was a good idea or not.

In the end it comes down to everybody’s own opinions and beliefs.

What we can be sure of is that the war did in fact happen, and that we cannot change the past.
