Inventories

WDFW lands inventory– Inventory complete in WWA; ~25% complete

in EWA– 58 road-related barriers and 93 non-road

barriers identified to date

WSDOT inventory– 3,112 state highway stream crossings

inventoried through March 2006– 1,136 barriers with significant habitat gain

identified through March 2006

FRIMA comprehensive watershed inventoryThird party inventories

Screen/Fishway Inspection/Maintenance

Mitchell Act– Inspect/maintain 15 fish screens and 46 fishways

BPA– Inspect/maintain 28 fish screens

State screen inspection– Inspect ~150 third-party fish screens

Fishway inspections– WSDOT – Inspect 152 WSDOT-owned fishways– WDFW – Inspect/maintain 64 agency-owned fishways– No longer have funding to inspect the additional ~400

third party fishways
