    In Class Debate

    Students will engagein an in-class debateafter writing their

    policyrecommendations.

    Each side will have 8minutes to presenttheir main points andthen will have 5minutes for rebuttal.

    There will be aquestion and answer

    portion of the debatefor each side that will

    last another 5minutes.

    Students will usetheir own papers, textand supplementalreadings to identify

    main points for eachside of the debate.
