Welcome to the 2019 Spring/Summer edition of the ULTIQA Lifestyle Magazine.

Reflecting on the last 12 months at ULTIQA Lifestyle it has been a busy year for us once again. The most exciting addition to the group is the acquisition of another Gold Coast Property– ULTIQA Signature. This 256-apartment style accommodation is positioned in the heart of Broadbeach and mere minutes from patrolled beaches, cafés, public transport, The Star Casino and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. This property officially commenced construction in May and will be completed in first half of 2022.

ULTIQA Lifestyle has various holiday destinations perfect for the warmer seasons including the coastal cosmopolitan of Sydney. Read our feature article on page 4 & 5 and you’ll be adding this city to your upcoming travel plans.

ULTIQA’s latest acquisition has commenced construction in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast. ULTIQA Signature is a 256-apartment project that will open in the first half of 2022. Sydney, Australia is a very popular destination for international and domestic tourists alike. The beautiful city is set on a glamorous backdrop of white sand beaches a pristine harbour and a buzz of activity year-round. With so much history, culture, sand and sun to soak up, Sydney has something to offer every type of traveller.

Fine dining restaurants, designer boutiques, world famous beaches and outdoor markets can all be found within this world-renowned destination. For ULTIQA Lifestyle members thinking about making Sydney their next destination, we have put together 7 ways to spend 7 days in the harbourside city, guaranteed to make your holiday memorable.

Day 1: Arrive, Check-in, & ExploreWhether you are flying, driving, or arriving by train, once you arrive in Sydney make your way to ULTIQA @ Oaks Trafalgar. After checking in, hit the city for an afternoon of exploration. Walk down to Circular Quay and watch all the activity of the busy harbour. End the day with a dinner at one of Sydney’s award-winning restaurants or head down to China Town for a multi-cultural eating experience.

Day 2: A Day on the HarbourSpend a day on one of the worlds most iconic harbours. Tackle the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge

Climb. The full climb experience takes an entire 3 ½ hours. Be sure to book your tickets well in advanced as the tours sell out very quickly. After your exciting climb experience, freshen up and relax at your apartment. Head down to the Harbour for happy hour drinks ahead of a fantastic dinner and boat cruise experience on Sydney Harbour. There are a variety of types of sunset harbour cruises- each featuring different types of menus, entertainment, and drink options to suit your budget and taste. Many leave between 5 and 6pm and return 3-4 hours after departure.

Day 3: Taronga ZooThe Taronga Zoo is located a 12 minute scenic ferry ride from Circular Quay, providing breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour and featuring free shows and experiences throughout the day. It is open at 9.30am and closes at 5pm. Aside from the traditional Zoo style exhibits, there are also a number of exciting animal encounters, which allow you to get up close and personal with some of the animals, including Koalas, Giraffes, and Elephants. Spend your afternoon on the Wild Ropes Course,

enjoying some high-flying adventures over the animal exhibits.

Day 4: A Day at the OperaPerhaps the most famous attraction in Sydney is the Opera House. Visited by thousands of tourists each year, we highly recommend that you not only visit, but take a full tour. Explore the theatres and halls where more than 1600 concerts, operas, and ballets take place each year. After your tour take a short walk next door to the Royal Botanic Gardens. Leisurely explore the beautiful blooms, palm groves, and garden paths. Make a night of it and why not see a show, ballet, or opera at the Opera House for a truly memorable experience. Enjoy the view from the outdoor veranda before heading inside for a magical evening.

Day 5: Explore the BeachesTake the Ferry to Manly and enjoy a day at the beach, shopping, and checking out the quirky and cultural spots of this busy area. Relax as you wander the streets and enjoy lunch at a seaside café. After coming back on the ferry, walk the other iconic beach area of Sydney, the Bondi to Coogee Walk. This 6km walk features breathtaking views of sand and surf, but is not for the faint of heart. For those looking for a more leisurely walk, we recommend sticking to the Bondi to Bronte Beach track.

Day 6: Trip to the Blue MountainsOn your final full day in Sydney, we encourage you to take a day trip to the Blue Mountains. Whether you get there through a tour group, or by hiring a car, the Blue Mountains provide spectacular

RCI EXPANDS VACATION OPTIONS FOR MEMBERS WITH MORE THAN 600

AFFILIATED RESORTS IN THE ASIA PACIFIC AND INDIA REGION

RCI welcomed 24 new properties in the Asia Pacific and India region to its exchange network during the first half of 2019. This brings the total number of RCI affiliated resorts in the Asia Pacific and India region to 613 resorts.
