Summer Sessions are for girls entering grades 5 through 8 in Fall 2015.

Students should report to the Mount St. Mary Academy cafeteria on the first day of classes. They will be escorted to the location of their first session.

Please bring a bag lunch and a water bottle.

Please be sure to drop off your daughter no earlier than 8:45 AM and pick her up promptly at 4:00 PM.

BABYSittiNG BoreDoM BuSterS Alex Fussell ’96A little bit of creativity can turn any babysitting job from traumatic to terrific. Learn crafts, snacks and tricks of the trade to make you the most popular babysitter in town.

NotHiNG But Net Marissa Dauria ’05This session is packed with all your favorite net games. Pickleball, beach volleyball, and soccer tennis are just a few of the great games we’ll play!

AS tHe roMANS DiD Rebecca CefarattiMake amazing crafts as the Romans did! In this class you’ll create all kinds of crafts that illustrate Roman life for young girls, such as a bulla (protective amulet for children), wax tablets, and much more!

ACtiNG AS StorYtelliNG Kelly Copps ’04This could be the perfect start to your acting career! This class will focus on improvisational games, teamwork, and building confidence on stage. You’ll hit the stage for the end-of-the-week Camper Showcase.

CANDY CreAtioNS Lisa Baco ’78If you are sweet on crafting, this class is just for you. We will make some projects out of candy and create some that look like your favorite treats. Magnets, pincushions, and jewelry are just a few of the non-edibles we will work on.

live! StArriNG…You oN tHe reD CArPet Tim o’SheiDiscover how to be a star on screen and behind the camera! Learn how to read a newscast, conduct an interview, host a TV show and more. You’ll also learn how to use a video camera to create cool effects that will make your work dazzle.

FAN-tAStiC CrAFtiNG Lisa Baco ’78What’s your favorite team? This class will have you making crafts that involve your favorite teams and sports. Whether you root for the Bills, Sabres, Thunder, Golden Griffs, Purple Eagles or just enjoy sports in general, we will have fun embracing the theme of athletics in our projects.
