Prayers for the Sick and Dying

The Divine Mercy Chaplet is one of the best means of assisting the dying. Jesus revealed the power of this prayer to St. Faustina. The Lord gave many promises regarding recitation of the Divine Mercy Chaplet for the sick and or dying. There are parishioners who regularly pray the

chaplet. We are currently forming a prayer chain and accepting prayer requests. If you are interested in joining the prayer chain, please contact Bea Harrigan at (973) 827-0083. If you have a special prayer request for a loved one who is sick and dying, you may call Bea Harrigan, Cheryl Avery at (973) 702-1342, or Denise Drogo at (973) 875-6863.

Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)

The RCIA journey invites those who are inquiring about the Catholic faith to “come and see.” You are most welcome to join the journey.

The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) provides an opportunity for those seeking to learn about the Catholic Church and its traditions to participate in small group gatherings which meet on alternate Wednesday evenings at 7:30 PM throughout the fall season. The RCIA experience offers a special opportunity to deepen relationship with God, and also welcomes those members of the Catholic community who are seeking to receive the Sacraments of Eucharist and/ or Confirmation to prepare for the reception of these Sacraments.

If you are considering becoming Catholic, or would like to prepare for the Sacraments of full initiation into the Catholic faith, or would like a place to start in journeying back to God, please come and see what the RCIA experience can offer. We are also pleased to welcome new facilitators to our ministry, please consider your gift of faith as something to be shared joyfully and come join us. If you have any questions, please call Laura at 973-875-1703.

Are you FAITHFILLED and want to SHARE your FAITH??
