What happens if I can’t log into Verisae while on site?

• If you are experiencing issues with your smart device you must:

• Call into your main office to report real time check in and check out

• Call into Ferrandino & Son, Inc. report that you are a Verisae vendor and ask us to check you in/out in real time

• In addition, you must obtain a signed and stamped work order from the store manager OR time and date stamped before and after photos of the property for each service



Workflow

• Vendor will be notified by F&S of Work Order

• Go to site, check-in via Verisae’s mobile website http://mobile.verisae.com

• Assess issue, check-out before leaving location

• If required, pause work order and submit bid to F&S

• Once Approved by F&S, return to site to complete work

• Check-in again when you arrive on site

• Check-out and complete work order after service is fully completed

• NOTE: Verisae does NOT have a mobile app. You must use the website link. http://mobile.verisae.com

• Vendor will check in and out every time they service the site

• Please make sure you mark the work order as “completed” once services are fully executed

Viewing & Accepting a Work Order in Verisae

1) Log into Verisae via mobile website link http://mobile.verisae.coma) GPS tracking must be enabled

2) Log in with your Verisae username and password




3) Text will appear that states “Are you at (store # with address)?”

a) If vendor is at the store noted then press “confirm”

b) If vendor is not at the store noted or that option does not appear then vendor will need to go to upper right hand corner and select “change location”



c) A list of nearby stores will appear and vendor will select appropriate store d) Vendor may select “Filter > Site Name > type in store number” Vendor will need to use any leading zeros that may be part of the store numbere) Tiles will appear and vendor will select “Open Planned Services” tile Viewing &

4) A list of work orders assigned to the store that the vendor selected will appear




5) To see work orders for a specific problem type (land/lot/snow) select “column” button and select problem type

a) Vendor will select “filter” and scroll down to the problem type field and type in “snow.” This will show all work orders related to snow removal, de-icing, etc.




6) Select the first work order in the list with the appropriate problem type (i.e. Snow De-icing)



Checking into a Work Order in Verisae

1) Select Action “start work” 2) Click “done”




2) Once services have been completed and you ready to leave the site, you will press “select action” and then “job complete” and then will press “done”




3) Vendor will select the following:Fault Recurring serviceAction Planned service Completed Comments “Service completed”




4) You will see a box for store manager review and should click “no reviewer available”

This will complete the work order. You will follow this process every time you are on site and provide a service.



Roles and Responsibilities

Ferrandino & Son, Inc.

• F&S provides usernames and passwords for each local service provider

• Internally accepts work orders

• Assigns local service providers to work orders within the Verisae system

• Schedule local service providers to arrive at store within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Provide Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to Walgreens store management through Verisae system



Local Service Provider

• Arrive at store within SLA

• Check in and out of work orders via mobile website to reflect time on site

• Enter the cause and resolution of the issue

• Review completed work with Store Personnel

• Complete work order via mobile website

Invoicing

Invoicing

• Once you have completed the service request the store manager will be notified and given the opportunity to confirm that the service was completed to their satisfaction

• You should submit your invoice to [email protected] per the current process

• Exceeding the NTE that you have been approved for by Ferrandino & Son without following the pre-approval process will result in the invoice to be flagged and rejected
