Service Request or Complaint

1. CSS is the system service provider.

2. All software and databases are resided in CSS web server in CSS’s Kuala Lumpur office.

3. Joint Management Body (JMB) or Management Corporation (MC) is the system service subscriber.

4. Subscriber’s users log on to CSS web server at www.cssdecisions.com to do their daily management operation works.

5. All invoices, documents and reports are printed locally at users’ locations.

6. Users can backup their own data to the computers at their locations at anytime.

7. Acting as data host for JMB/MC subscribers, CSS undertakes to upkeep integrity and confidentiality of customers’ account information.

8. JMB/MC’s user groups can include JMB/MC committee members, management office personnel, managing agent and developer.

9. Every individual of user groups is given appropriate security access rights to relevant duties and functions in the systems.

1. Submit the System Service Subscription form together with the initial project setup fee to CSS (CSS Decisions Sdn Bhd).

2. CSS technician creates new account entity and user codes (up to 10 system users submitted by JMB/MC) in CSS database server.

3. JMB/MC users attend training at CSS’s Kuala Lumpur office.

4. JMB/MC users commence system operations on CSS database server.

5. CSS technician renders system guidance to JMB/MC users online.
