Sandeep Rane (UIN: 677515266) In-Class Review of Project 1 Another project which deserves a round of applause was the one developed by Aldo Alvarez. The project was well demonstrated by Aldo during the class. Although it seemed very simple at first, it had some very equisitely crafted elements in it. For example, there were some cubes placed on a table which actually works like a piano when you tapped them, with each cube producing a different note just like the keys of a piano. This idea of using the piano cubes was quite innovative which definitely caught the attention of many people in the class. Throughout the office, there was a nice and slow ambient sound. Also, Aldo made an effective use of triggered audio for soft toys. Each of the soft toy viz. the angry bird, the minion and the charmander (pokemon) made a distinct sound when the user touched or grabbed it. Further as we explore the office, there is a small playing area comprising of a Table Tennis and Jenga Game. Although difficult to use initially, it was possible to play on the Table Tennis model after a couple of attempts. Also, the Jenga Game model which was created by Aldo himself worked well. The physics instilled in these models was very effective since it produced the intended results.

In-Class Review of Project 1Another project which deserves a round of applause was the one developed by Aldo Alvarez. The project

was well demonstrated by Aldo during the class.

Something which was unique to this project was the idea of using dimmable lights. None of the teams provided this kind of lighting control to its user.

While using the project, the frame rate was excellent which allowed a smoother walkthrough. Considering the fact that Aldo worked alone on this project, the amount of effort that he has put in is commendable.
