Check for lead paint, and lead window caulk. Remove or mitigate Provide for Life Safety systems as required such as fire alarm, smoke detectors etc. Replace all window trim, repair where leaking or where potential for future leaks, return

to operable condition, leak free. Structural: Check all columns; replace columns as needed Replace exterior wood where it has rotted due to water damage Replace front and back porch decks, steps and all handrails. Check roof for leaks, especially in area of south east front porch. Repair deck, and

replace shingles with same historically correct product; replace all roof facia board, and details; redirect water flow to prevent future similar deterioration.

Repair and re-plaster damaged walls Repaint house exterior and interior Repair or replace structural elements as needed Some electrical repair HVAC (8 to 10 years old in 2017) may require replacement by the time funding for

renovations received. Update HC accessible toilet areas. Renovate to provide secure sales office for Supporters (and Friends) St. Vincent.
