English subtitles. The more you watch, the easier it will get.

4. Reading

Have a look at one of the following webpages. Print one article and read for gist. Look up some words in an online dictionary e.g. www.wordreference.com and keep a list of the new vocabulary (it might be useful to keep all your new vocabulary in an exercise book or you could create a Quizlet set with new vocabulary that you learn).
