Subject: Listing new products not available in the Market – Attached Appendix

I hereby confirm that the suggested Retail Selling Price proposed to The Sultan Center is /are on par or lower than what will be in the market once the products are introduced. In case any of our future trade customers (TSC Competition) reduce the RSPs on the same products, we will notify TSC in writing immediately. We agree that TSC will match other Retailer’s Retail Price while maintaining regular margin, and deducting from our account the difference between our suggested RSP and other Retailer RSP multiplied by On-hand inventory at TSC Warehouse and Stores.
