They did not know that the hungry baby bufallo had two sharp knives on the horn. The baby bufallo ran fast towards the big bufalloand went straight under the big bufallo’s stomach to find the teat.

The knives at the baby bufallo’s horns cut through the big bufallo’s stomach. The big bufallo fell down to the ground and died.

Then the king declared the winning and changed the name of the kingdom into Minangkabau that means the bufallo won. He also changed the shape of his palace roofs to the form of bufallo horn. He also asked his queens to wear headdress like bufallo horn.
