Mr. Govind Gaurav , Research Scholar under the supervision of Prof. Bhupinder Singh, Civil Engineering, successfully defended his Ph.D thesis titled “ Splice Strength of Deformed Steel Bars in Recycled Aggregate Concrete ” on Aug 22, 2019. The External examiner was Prof. Devdas Menon, Department of Civil Engineering, IIT Madras.
