WHO IS PAC?PAC is a safe place for packaging professionals to gather, learn, collaborate, innovate and celebrate as one.
OUR OVERVIEWPAC is a not-for-profit, membership-based corporation serving the needs of the packaging community in North American and beyond. PAC is material/package neutral and as such supports all sustainable, circular and safe packaging. PAC promotes the positive attributes of packaging, our members and their services. PAC does not advocate for the use of one material over another, nor does it advise against the use of any specific materials. Our goal is to bring together a diverse mix of stakeholders, to collaborate and foster learning and growth among our membership base.

THE PAC STORY
PAC PARTNER PROPOSITIONSTAY CONNECTED WEBINAR WEDNESDAYS OBJECTIVE• The primary objective is to educate the PAC packaging membership and broader audience
in the value chain from retail, CPG manufacturing, material/package manufacturing, graphic & structural design, prepress, packaging equipment & machinery, waste management and government, through the out-of-classroom process of look and learn.
• Second, by hosting a PAC partnership webinar, the company has the opportunity to promote their organization, products and service to a broad range of individuals in the packaging value chain.
• PAC is a member-based association and material/package neutral. As such, PAC encourages our partners promote the positive attributes. Always take the high road. PAC does not endorse comparisons or negative views of competitors or their products.
WHAT IS PAC LOOKING FOR FROM A PARTNER?PAC prides itself in being well versed in the leading edge packaging and processes in the value chain, on innovation, technology, products and services. We will be partnering with those organizations that will educate our members on any of these topics. The hosting partner can focus on all aspects of their packaging products, services and/or processes.
PAC VALUE PROPOSITION• PAC will develop the digital promotional content based on our partner’s images and
written copy. • PAC will promote directly to all of its members/non-members in the databases and LinkedIn
social media channels. • PAC will support in print media, if print schedule permits. • PAC will manage all registration and provide the registration list before and after
the event.• PAC will brand all webinar registrations and relevant communications with partner logo.• PAC will record the webinar and distribute the content to all attendees post event.
(if permitted)• PAC will provide the production, management, and coordination of the event.• PAC will provide the session moderator.

TYPICAL ATTENDANCE• Average attendance for webinars over last 12 months is 138 packaging industry members.
Metrics for webinars will be tracked including, attendees registered, registrants attended, non PAC members and registrant location.
• Based on data, registrants are primarily located in North America; however an increase in global attendance has been tracked.
EVENT PLANNING AND TIMELINE• Webinars will be run through the Zoom platform. • To effectively promote and maximize attendance content should be provided to PAC 8
weeks prior to the webinar date.• All content must be approved by both PAC and our Partner 7 weeks prior the event.• Promotional material will be launched 6 weeks prior to the event. • Speakers, moderator and PAC representative, will login to the webinar 30 minutes prior to
webinar start, to ensure audio, controls, etc, are working correctly. • Webinar is 60 minutes in duration. Five (5) minute moderator introduction, forty (40)
minute presentation, fifteen (15) minute live Q&A session. • Within 3 days following the event the registered attendees will receive a copy of
the content. (If permitted) Partners are welcome to send additional relevant content to include.
TERMS• $2500 for PAC members, $5000 for PAC Non-members plus HST• Payment is due upon acceptance of the proposal
