Belk Chapel | Sanctuary and Rotunda
Host to thousands of weddings since its opening in 1950, Belk Chapel is a classically Southern space for your special ceremony with beautiful natural light. Renovations in 2017 include an airy rotunda to greet your guests from Radcliffe Avenue and pre-ceremony space for both the bride and groom’s parties.
Rental Includes:Seating for up to 500 guests using the lower level and balcony
One hour rehearsal on the Friday prior to wedding
Headset and lectern microphone
Campus parking
Housekeeping
Wedding party dressing areas
Use of the piano and organ included, but cannot be removed
On-site event manager to ensure the Chapel is ready with additional wedding coordination services available for an additional fee.
*All set up and breakdown/clean-up required to occur within 4-hour time block
We accommodate Saturday weddings in the Chapel in two time blocks: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm or 4:00 - 8:00 pm, and other days based on availability.
Make use of the elegantly manicured campus grounds for your wedding photography.
Burwell Hall | Hall Brown Terrace and McInnes Parlors
For more than 100 years, McInnes Parlors have welcomed guests to Queens in the heart of Burwell Hall. Recently renovated, the Parlors are great for gatherings such as cocktail receptions and holiday parties. The
addition of Hall Brown Terrace in 2015 has given the parlors an extended space for guests to enjoy, which includes a stunning view of campus. The parlors can accommodate up to 100 guests and weather permitting,
the terrace extends the accommodations to 200.

Morrison Hall | Claudia Belk Dining Room and Young Dining Hall
Claudia Belk Dining Room Share a meal in this 50-person private dining room while your guests enjoy a beautiful view of campus
through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
Young Dining Hall This space has hosted many wedding receptions and boasts a charm not often found in a room that seats 300. With a built-in dance floor and a direct entrance from the Diana Fountain courtyard, your guests will
enjoy the celebration from start to finish. Young Dining Hall is only rented in late May through Early August, due to student dining.

Withers House | Parlors and Dining Hall
Built in 1904, the Withers House provides a charmingly intimate atmosphere for smaller events creating the feeling of hosting in your own home. Set-up in three open parlors can be tailored to your
needs for up to 80 guests and the dining room can also be used as a conference area for up to 12 guests for retreat style meetings.
