Summer Weddings at The Landing Resort & Spa…(May-October)

We welcome you to Lake Tahoe’s newest and most luxurious boutique resort and spa, offering weddings for up to 200 guests.

Exchange your vows on the Grand Rooftop Terrace overlooking Lake Tahoe. Experience exceptional cuisine and flawless

service; dance the night away in the Lakeside Ballroom or outdoor Event Pavilion. Relax and enjoy the region’s finest spa.

Luxurious guestrooms allow you and your guests to stay and celebrate your wedding event.

The Grand Rooftop Terrace designed to provide the perfect lake view setting, offers 3600 square feet of elevated event space. This location may be used for a seated ceremony or makes the ideal location for a cocktail and hors d’oeuvre gathering. The ceremony set-up includes full lake & mountain views, elegant chiavari chairs, aisle runner, wedding arch, ceremony coordinator and ceremony rehearsal. The Lakeside Ballroom provides up to 1700 square feet of lake view dining and reception space. The reception space accommodates up to 100 seated. Reception amenities include banquet tables, banquet chairs, table linens and napkins, table numbers, votive candles, china, silverware and glassware and dance floor. The Summer Event Pavilion offers 3200 square feet of dining and reception space adjacent to our pool area. The maximum capacity for dinner seating is 200 guests. The Pavilion includes sidewalls, heaters, draped ceiling and elegant lighting. Reception amenities include banquet tables, banquet chairs, table linens and napkins, table numbers, votive candles, china, silverware and glassware.

The Landing Resort & Spa is a full-service, boutique hotel offering comprehensive services for your lakeside wedding. Ceremony & Reception Maximums The Grand Rooftop Terrace Ceremony only Maximum: 200 Cocktail reception: 250 Banquet Dinners: 100 The Lakeside Ballroom Reception maximum: 100 Seated at Rounds Theater Seating Maximum: 120 Additional hour rental is $400/ HR The Event Pavilion Banquet Maximum: 200 Cocktail Reception: 350 Additional hour rentals is $600/HR We offer a ceremony and reception package at 11 AM, 1 PM, 3 PM and 5 PM begin times. They include up to five hours for the ceremony and reception May through October. Events must conclude by 10 PM. Example timeline 4:45 PM – Guest Arrival 5:00 PM – Ceremony on Grand Rooftop Terrace 5:30 PM – Pictures / Cocktail Reception Grand Rooftop Terrace 5:30-10:00 PM – Dinner Reception and Dancing in the Lakeside Ballroom

❖ The Landing resort & Spa provides all food & beverage. We do not allow any outside food & beverage. We prepare all food based on your final guaranteed guest count, including hors d’oeuvres.

❖ Food & Beverage minimums apply to all events. The Sales & Catering department will provide those for you. ❖ Children’s meals 12 and under are $25 either buffet or plated. ❖ Ceremony rehearsal times will be scheduled two weeks prior to your event and will be determined by the resort’s

event schedule. Evening rehearsals may not always be available. ❖ The Landing will offer a formal food tasting to allow you to taste the quality and flavor profiles of our executive

chef and their culinary team. Tastings are done in the off season, mid-week in the afternoon. ❖ Guaranteed guest count is needed 14 days prior to event date and final payment is due 14 days prior to event

date. ❖ Access to your event space is available two hours prior to your event, unless prior arrangements are made.

The Landing Resort & Spa event coordination includes a comprehensive site tour of the property , rooms & event space, list of preferred wedding services providers, food & beverage consultation, banquet event order preparation, floor plan diagram, cost

estimate & deposit schedule, a pre-event wrap-up meeting or call, ceremony coordinator and reception manager.

These rates are traditionally lower than our best published rates and are available for the premium lakefront suites, premium rooms and superior lakefront rooms. Rates are determined by resort availability and the specific dates of interest.
