DEPOSITS A $1000 non-refundable deposit will be due with the signed contract to confirm space. This deposit will be deducted from the total bill. If for any reason you must cancel, this deposit will not be returned. If a change of date is necessary, we will work with you to accommodate one rescheduling. However, the rescheduled date must be within one year of the originally contracted date.

CANCELLATION In addition to the non-refundable deposit, any cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee. If cancelled less than (3) days prior to the event date, you will be held responsible for 100% of the estimated food & beverage charges. If cancelled within (5) business days of the event, you will be held responsible for 60% of the estimated food and beverage charges. If cancelled within (10) business days of the event, you will be held responsible for 40% of the estimated food and beverage charges. If cancelled within (30) days of the event, there will be an additional $500 charge for space held.

FOOD & BEVERAGE All food and beverage choices for the event must be received no later than ten (10) business days prior to the event. Menus received after this date may not be honored. All food and beverage prices are subject to change due to market price fluctuations – final pricing is not guaranteed more than 6 weeks prior to any event. Outside Catering is prohibited outside of Wedding Cake.

ALCOHOL POLICY No alcoholic beverages will be sold or served to any person under the age of 21 years or to any person who appears to be intoxicated. No outside alcohol may be brought into the banquet facilities and no carryout service is available from banquet bars. Last call for alcoholic beverage sales will not be later than 11:30 p.m. for any event. All banquet bars will close at 12:00 a.m. Bars may be closed earlier at the discretion of Management or at request of the client.

METHOD OF PAYMENT Methods of payment accepted: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, AMEX, Check.

All contracts will require a valid credit card on file as guarantee for the event. Final payment authorization is due five (5) business days prior to event. When paying by check, check must be submitted for payment (5) business days prior to event.

GUARANTEE NUMBERS The final guarantee number of guests is due (5) five working days prior to the start of your event.

Should the final guarantee not be received at this time, the above expected number of guests will be the basis for the billing charges. All charges will be based on the guaranteed number provided or on the actual number of guests in attendance, if greater than the guaranteed number. Event room will be set up for the guaranteed number plus 5% overage, unless otherwise requested.
