They are looking for student leaders who show high levels of creativity, initiative, integrity, and commitment to service who have a passion for learning about leadership and spirituality. Some of the responsibilities include: Facilitating programming focused on meaning, purpose, or authenticity and researching funding options for programming. WOMEN STUDENT UNION The Women Student Union (WSU) is celebrating Women’s History Month through Creating Her Story, which highlights the narratives of women in their personal and collective journeys. Focusing on the multidimensional aspects of women, WSU takes time to appreciate the under-appreciated in everything from science to literature. Join WSU as they dedicate this month to Creating Her Story on the Florida State University campus. There are plenty of ways to get involved with Women's History Month! MOCK INTERVIEW MENTOR Mock Interviews held at the Career Center are conducted by trained Mock Interview Mentors (MIMs). If you are a current FSU student leader and want to have hands-on interviewing experience while helping other students, consider the Career Center Mock Interview Program. Information Sessions will be held to learn more about this role. Applications will be available starting Monday, March 16th. Students must submit an application via SeminoleLink by April 2nd.

UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH SYMPOSIUM This year's Undergraduate Research Symposium kicks off the inaugural Student Research and Innovation Week. Running from March 31 to April 8, the Student Research and Innovation Week will offer eight days of events showcasing the wide range of research and innovation initiatives being undertaken by undergraduate and graduate students at Florida State University. FSU COLLEGE OF LAW: SUMMER FOR UNDERGRADUATES PROGRAM

The Florida State University College of Law is currently accepting applications for its 2015 Summer for Undergraduates Program, which provides students an inside look at law school and the legal profession. The program will take place May 18 through June 11. All undergraduate students (except Spring 2015 graduates) are eligible to apply. Applications are due Friday, March 27, 2015. WFSU: SPRING RADIO PLEDGE DRIVE Volunteer with WFSU for the Spring Radio Pledge Drive: Get service hours in a casual, fun environment, and get a behind-the-scenes look at how radio is made. WFSU is looking for volunteers to help answer phones during the Spring Radio Pledge Drive, April 16 through April 24. Volunteers must be age 18+. Shifts are 1.5-2 hours long and range from morning to evening and on

Saturday and Sunday. There is plenty of free parking on-site and snacks are provided. RSO PALOOZA Be part of RSO Palooza this year at Spring Fling 2015! The Student Activities Center is happy to invite your RSO to be part of “RSO Palooza" at the Union’s annual carnival, Spring Fling! This year the event will be held in the Oglesby Union on Friday, April 17 from 7:00pm to 12:00am. Each RSO can decorate a table and host a carnival-like game for everyone in attendance to play. WALK LIKE MADD AT FSU Join MADD Noles and FSUPD's first 5K in support of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Northwest Florida. This year, thousands of people in over 60 cities around the nation will participate in 5K events to eliminate drunk driving from the roadways. Walk Like MADD is your chance to do something about drunk driving at FSU and in the Tallahassee community. SCHOOL OF ARTS & SCIENCES CLEANUP DAY

All are invited to help the School of Arts & Sciences (3208 Thomasville Road) give its campus a needed spring cleaning! It’s been a while…Let’s help get their Dragon campus in top shape for testing, playing and learning! PALMER MUNROE TEEN CENTER: SAY YES TO THE DRESS Palmer Munroe Teen Center is hosting an event called Say Yes to the Dress. This event will serve Leon PACE Center for Girls and all local female students within the community as they prepare for prom or their school’s end of the year dance. Every girl can receive a free dress. Say Yes to the Dress will be from 9:30am to 2:00pm on March 28. In addition to dress and show donations, they also need the following items for survival kits for each girl: Bobby pins; Clear nail polish; Mini deodorant; Safety pins; Lip balm; Tissues; Hair ties; Food bar; and Mints/gum. PAVE THE WAY FUNDRAISER The Gaines Street Art Alley is being transformed into an attractive outdoor art gallery and a functional pedestrian pathway. The community’s help is needed to complete this project. The supporters of the Alley along with the City of Tallahassee have come up with a plan to improve the Alley. NATIONAL COUNCIL ON U.S.-ARAB RELATIONS The Florida Regional Model Arab League invites you to participate in the 2015 Florida Regional Model Arab League, a debate-based simulation of the League of Arab States. This academic and leadership development experience is open to both high school and university students. The conference will be held in Tampa, FL at the University Area CDC, from March 19 to March 20 and fees are completely waived! Through participation in the Model Arab League program students develop essential skills from leadership and public speaking to critical thinking and writing, all while also gaining practical, immediate knowledge about a critical region – the Middle East and the Arab world. Forming a team for a Model Arab League conference does not have to be difficult! Whether led by a faculty adviser or student leaders, any size group of students may form a team and register online to receive a country assignment. Your team will then research its country's policies on the most important issues facing the Arab world and Middle East today, found in the MAL Agenda. SETH ROSSETTI MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Established in 2006, this memorial scholarship was created in memory of Seth Rossetti. The purpose of this scholarship is to support one undergraduate student who is presently or who was for a significant part of his/her life, the child of a single parent. This scholarship is available to all current FSU undergraduate students with a minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average and all incoming FSU freshmen with a minimum 3.0 high school cumulative grade point average. Applicants for the award must submit a pictorial collage of at least 10 but no more than 20 photographs/images that will communicate the student's sense of his or her personal identity and how he or she defines the concept of diversity. Collages cannot exceed a size of 15” x 20”. The collage will be accompanied by an essay of no more than two to four pages describing the collage in terms of the applicant's personal definition of diversity and explaining their financial need as it relates to your single parent experience. Essays must be typed and submitted using the standard U.S. 8 1/2” x 11” format, double-spaced, in 12-point font (Times New Roman). BEN ROSENBLOOM MEMORIAL SERVICE SCHOLARSHIP The Ben Rosenbloom Memorial Service Scholarship is designed to recognize a student with an outstanding record of service and a commitment to a lifetime of service. Loyal Seminoles, Ben and Wilma Rosenbloom were founding members of the FSU Parents Association. Following their move to Tallahassee in 1991, the Rosenblooms’ tireless efforts revived the organization from its latent condition. In order to re-establish the FSU Parents Association, the Rosenblooms attracted hundreds of new members and prompted tens of thousands of dollars in donations. Ben Rosenbloom gave countless hours of service to help students and their families feel at home at Florida State University. His faithful dedication to the education and support of FSU students has become a model of joys and rewards of service. This scholarship was established by the FSU Parents Association in deep appreciation for his exemplary service to FSU. Who is Eligible to Apply? Any rising sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate full-time student who will be returning to FSU for the 2015-2016 academic year with a minimum of 2.0 GPA is eligible to apply. FSU CENTER FOR GLOBAL ENGAGEMENT The FSU Center for Global Engagement (CGE) is looking for a CGE Immigration Front Desk Intern for summer or fall 2015. CGE offers programs and services to facilitate international diversity. This position is located on FSU’s campus in Tallahassee, FL. This position offers an opportunity to learn about immigration rules and regulations as they pertain to F-1 and J-1 international students and scholars as well as H-1B international employees. Students are able to gain exposure and insight into the multitude of programs and activities sponsored by the Center for Global Engagement, gain experience working with people from other cultures, and learn about immigration or cultural adjustment services.

TONI JO MASON SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is in memory of Dr. Toni Jo Mason and will serve as an example of Dr. Mason in overcoming the obstacles experienced by individuals with disabilities. Diagnosed with cerebral palsy soon after birth, her parents refused to believe that their incredibly cheerful child could not do anything any other child could do with time and determination. Dr. Mason ultimately earned a Doctorate of Philosophy degree from Florida State University with an emphasis in Teacher Education and Special Education. Dr. Mason’s career was committed to ensuring that all people were recognized by their abilities, rather than their disabilities. Applicants must provide a current transcript which documents a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale) on all credits. High school students who are applying for the first year of college should submit a current high school transcript. Applicants with a physical disability are eligible. CAMP CODY Camp Cody is a traditional summer camp for girls and body, ranging in age from 7 years to 15 years old. Camp Cody is looking for a Summer Activities Counselor. This camp is located in Freedom, New Hampshire and pays $250 to $350 per week. A Summer Activities Counselor is expected to plan, direct, and implement activities in his or her area of expertise and coordinate the activities into the entire camp program.
