Bonus is subject to charge backs if lapsed, declined or cancelled

Cash Benefit Cancer Plan...Issue ages 0-69.
Pays maximum benefit amount in cash as listed in the policy schedule up to $50,000 for written satisfactory proof of a first-time diagnosis of internal cancer or malignant melanoma. Benefit can be used for anything - income while not working, travel expenses, at-home care, experimental treatment or whatever is needed. Pays in addition to other coverage. Available for individual, single parent, or family coverage.
HealthGuard (CILS)… Issue ages 18-64.
The plan is critical illness protection which pays a lump sum benefit directly to the policyholder upon written satisfactory proof of first diagnosis. Covered illnesses include: Major Organ Transplant, Heart Attack, Stroke, Total Loss of Eyesight, Total Loss of Hearing, and End Stage Renal Failure. Benefits are available in $10,000 increments, ranging from $10,000 to $50,000. Benefit amounts reduce by 50 percent at age 65. Individual and spouse coverage available.
ProCare® Medicare Supplement Plans... featuring the High Deductible Plan F (HDF). The HDF is a Medicare Supplement Plan F policy that provides all the features and benefits of a standard Plan F, but at a substantially lower premium. The difference is a calendar-year deductible. The amount of the calendar-year deductible for 2019, is $2,300. (Set by the federal government) Why does an HDF policy make great sense? U A’s Company statistics show the majority of their Plan F policyholders have annual claims well below the current deductible amount of $2,300. Changes to National General
Please keep in mind that these are modifications to our existing Short Term Medical Products
In late August, National General will release a new portfolio of Short Term Products that will feature a range of products/ price points; various durations based on the regulatory environment - 12 month plans, 24 month plans, 36 month plans ( both renewable and consecutive), Guaranteed Issue STM, Co pays, RX Benefits, richer benefits, etc. Training materials for this portfolio will be available in mid to late July
Short Term Medical Available for quoting July 1
st, for plans with July 2, 2019, and later effective dates.

Changes Include:
The Life Time Maximum (LTM) amount is increased to $2 million, for new and existing business
Rates will not change North Dakota
Changes Include:
The policy term will be a full 12 months
We will discontinue offering:
o Any term that is less than 12 months
o 6x2 consecutive plans
We will extend current 6x2 plans to a 12 month plan
o Deductibles and coinsurances will not reset

Elite leads will be awarded as follows:

Agents will qualify for SIX (6) Life Leads from Voice
Leads for every One (1) Lead sold ..It doesn’t matter
whether the sold lead is Elite or Select ..The Elite
Leads Qualified For would be matched with one (1)
Select Lead from our Data Base ...The Maximum of
New Elite Leads Qualified For would be Eighteen
