Welcome Message CommitteeIt is a great pleasure for me to welcome you to the 10th International Conference on Power Electronics - ECCE Asia (ICPE 2019-ECCE Asia) to be held in May 27~31, 2019 at Busan Exhibition and Convention Center (BEXCO) in Korea. Busan is the largest port city in Korea with lots of coastal tourist attractions and historical and cultural sites. BEXCO is located very close to Haeundae beach, which is one of the most famous beaches in Korea. We are all aware that power electronics is the most promising energy technology that is truly renewable, sustainable, and environment friendly. ICPE 2019-ECCE Asia will be a place for sharing new technological development, exchanging innovative ideas, promoting friendship, and experiencing new culture. The conference committee and I are looking forward to seeing you in Busan in May 27~31, 2019.

Conference Venue: BEXCOThe ICPE 2019-ECCE Asia will take place at the Busan Exhibition and Convention Centre (BEXCO) in Busan, Korea. The BEXCO is located 30 minutes from Gimhae International Airport and is in the heart of the Haeundae Beach Resort, one of South Korea’s most famous tourist attractions.

Visit Busan, Korea in 2019!Busan is the second largest and most beautiful port city in Korea which best exemplifies the attractive balance between a long, rich heritage of dynasties and a developed modern culture.

Access to BusanTravelers from many Asian countries may be able to book a flight directly to Busan's Gimhae International Airport. For those who cannot fly directly to Gimhae, flying to Busan will likely involve arrival at Incheon and bus transport to Gimpo Airport to board a domestic flight to Busan. Some travelers may find it more convenient to fly into Incheon and then travel to Busan by highspeed train (KTX) or by express bus.
