Recognizing that palates can be fickle, Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek boasts six spectacular restaurants and bars, each with its own vibrant personality, inviting décor and distinctive menu. Famed Napa Valley restaurateur Donna Scala created the epicurean delights served in La Luce®, a modern Italian country kitchen serving dinner nightly and featuring thin crust pizzas, family-style pastas, Mediterranean-inspired drinks and a Trattoria-style

wine program. Another fabulous choice is the open-air Beech® known for its decidedly upbeat atmosphere and free-flowing mojitos.

Our largest restaurant, Harvest® Bistro, features simply prepared American classics for breakfast and lunch, made with farm-fresh ingredients. Or there’s MUSE® serving most–unusual sweets, wonderful sandwiches and amazingly inventive espresso drinks. Using the land’s natural contours as a canvas and a fertile imagination as his palette, revered golf course architect Rees Jones designed an 18-hole masterpiece at Bonnet Creek. Winding through a large wetland preserve, the classic layout blends a traditional character with countless subtleties, a winning formula that is certain to maintain the course’s integrity over time. Every hole, from tee to green, reveals Jones’ considerable genius. The course is visually stunning and naturally folds into the landscape, appearing mature and unforced, as if it has been here for decades. Fairways meander through towering pines and cypress trees. The bunkers

are carved in a beautiful, old-fashioned manner that suggests the grand courses of the early 20th Century. Greens are well contoured, so the approach looks and feels quite different every round. “Our design reflects the true nature of the classic golf courses,” explains Jones, “providing an opportunity to play a course that presents an enjoyable test of golf for every caliber of player.” Each hole has five tees, to accommodate and yet challenge the various skill levels of the golfers. The course measures 7,108 yards with Par 72, Slope 139, and 74.6 Rating for the Professional Tees.
