Welcome to Central!
Welcome to Sunday’s Worship Services! Many call this time of year in church
work as the second harvest season. For about ten weeks, people settle into
routines, getting back into their normal schedule. The church is the same.
Many members are more faithful during this time of the year. Offerings go up
and ministry opportunities increase. Let’s optimize our potential and reach
many people in this window of opportunity. DO you have plans to have
someone in church with you next Sunday?

50 Visitors on September 16
How many visitors can we get into church on one day if we all worked at it
at the same time? September 16 is “Back to Church” Sunday, and
our goal is to not only get every member back into church from our sum-
mertime vacations, but to get 50 visitors to come too. Start praying! Start
working! We look forward to a great day of evangelism and fellowship with
new friends. Every member is urged to bring someone with them.
“Bring them in, Bring them in, Bring the wandering one to Jesus.”

When You Fall Text: Genesis 3:7-21
Whether you are just now realizing how fallen you are, or whether you have
known your condition for a while, God’s Word offers help to you. There are
some things we must remember when, just like Adam and Even, we fall into
sin.
I. God __________, So Y0u Can __________ To Him
“they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden” (vs. 8)
A. You Cannot Hide Your __________ From Him
“aprons” (vs. 7)
B. You Cannot Hide Your __________ From Him
“hid themselves” (vs. 7)
II. God __________, So Y0u Can __________ To Him
“And the Lord God called unto Adam” (vs. 9)
A. The ____________ With Which God Calls
“called”
B. The ____________ For Which God Calls
“I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid myself” (vs. 10)
III. God __________, So Y0u Can __________ To Him
Romans 1:16 A. Trust His ____________ “Eve; because she was the mother of all living” (vs. 20)
B. Trust His ____________ “coats of skins, and clothed them” (vs. 21)
You are a fallen creature, and because of that you still fall.
Those who have been saved by God’s grace, still fail God, and fall into sin. All those who are fallen can be helped by God’s grace and God’s Word.

Evaluate Your CommitmentEvaluate Your Commitment
Have you ever evaluated your level of commitment to the Lord? Sadly,
many Christians have entered the door of salvation and settled down into
their pew, expecting nothing more. But Christ wants us to decide deliber-
ately to let Him be the Lord of our lives. This requires the surrender of all
our rights and recognition that He’s the One who plots the course. Our
responsibility is simply to follow.
However, our natural tendency is to limit the areas where we allow God
access. The day you trusted Christ as your Savior, did you keep the title
deed for your life? Have your drawn a circle indicating, “This is the area in
which I will serve You, Lord, but don’t ask me to go any farther”?
If so, you have failed to recognize that when Jesus granted you forgiveness,
He also purchased you for Himself. All that you are and have belongs to
Him. It is the height of pride to assume authority over that which no longer
belongs to you.
When the Lord challenges us to do something beyond our self-determined
boundaries, He is calling us to a higher level of commitment. No matter
how dedicated we may be at present, none of us have yet “arrived.” Each
challenge is an opportunity to hand Christ full authority over every aspect of
life.
You are only as committed as you are obedient to whatever God is asking of
you at any given moment. If you have posted a “no trespassing” sign
anywhere in your life, it is time to take it down. As Christ’s blood-bought
possessions, we are His not only by purchase but also by His sacrificial love.
